Small prob when got bow, not all Allen keys to adjust bow. 2 hour drive back into town, no imperial Allen keys, get back home google apex, $15 specialist bow key set for sale? Maybe leave the cheap apex hats out and throw tools in. Anyways still happy, borrowed some from mate at work and loving the kit. Great kit. Thank you”

“The 66” made in Spain bow strings I ordered were delivered promptly and were decent quality. The 68” strings I wanted were out of stock, but I have two bow stave projects underway so no big deal.”
“Ordered and received a set of strings for my compound bow, ease of ordering and quick supply excellent, string was supposed to come with vortex string silencers fitted, no silencers were on the bow string. Just a small issue but they were supposed to be there. Will still order from apex as s the general reliability is good”
“Overall experiance was ok. To be honest it wasn't the greatest but it wasn't bad either. Just felt a little lost with my purchas and out of touch with updated compound bow. Would of been nice if the staff could of ask a few more questions to prompt me along and guage my knowledge and took charge of the sale rather then me standing there confused and not feeling confident in my product. Just a little more intouch with customers. Follow up on the questions and you might getter a better sale. Just my thoughts as you asked for.

“Was a little disappointed to have to wait 5 to 7 days before items were ready for dispatch but in retrospect it's not a long wait. Express postage allowed me to get my goods pretty much on time. Did notice that some of the gateway fletches weren't consistent with the majority but Alex don't make them so what can you do. Will just go for trueflight from now on. Another order got lost in the void 3wks ago but Wayne did a good of sorting that out and made amends for the error. Thanks Wayne for your help today. Polite and reliable service all be it a tad on the slow side. Considering the world we live in now, we all have to be a little flexible. 👍”
