The set up of my new bow was that bad, the arrow rest fell off, the threaded hole was also a little cross threaded
Apex will no longer be my first and only choice”

“Unfortunately the Flemish bow string the shop assistant(please check his name on sale invoice) sold me was incorrect and didn’t fit my recurve bow. I even bought my bow in to fit. Apparently it is for a long bow. I’ve been told,Very annoyed as it’s a 2 hour round trip to your store. It will cost me more in petrol than to return it. Look forward to your response

“The broad head holder became loose in the field to such an extent that loosing arrows was a issue,
Considerable work to dismantle this to try adjust or tighten was wasted when there was no adjustment on the bolts due to bad design . I wouldn’t buy this again.”
“Ordered twice now and both times there were issues regarding supply or discrepancy to what was advertised. Due to last order taking a long time to arrive, this time I actually rang to verify stock availability prior to placing the online order and was told all good. After two weeks not received I rang for an update only to find out order was about to be packed (two weeks later?) BUT the bow quiver was not available in black and to avoid lengthy delay I had to settle for Camo?? The quiver ordered was black, so why advertise something that isn’t in stock just to get the sale (Bait and switch advertising)?
It is my belief that Apex don’t necessarily carry the stock advertised and advertise on price alone for competitive advantage, then order the product off the supplier, hence the extended lead time. It’s unethical and I won’t support this form of online trading.”
“Received wrong rest , Apex did say they’d replace wth correct rest although didn’t suit my timeframe as I needed one for a trip . Other wise the rest of my orders were good”
“I've had nothing but problems with accessing my apex account. My apex account has higher security than my bank. My latest order wasn't even posted until 3 weeks after purchase without so much as an email. The bloke on the phone was pleasant and good to deal with but couldn't fix these problems. The products are great and I would love to shop with apex more but I cringe when I'm forced to shop with apex because it's always a hassle.”
“You installed my hair rest backwards and sold me the wrong spine arrows as I found out from my club seniors after the fact.
Kind of annoying, doesn't make me want to come back.”
“Original purchase was shown in stock, after purchase it went to back order. I went to this model instead but was advised that I missed the sale and had to pay full price, by the time my delivery arrived, I missed taking them on my planned trip”
“I order a bow online. Paid express post unbeknownst to me that it was a 5-7 handling fee PRIOR to the express post - what’s the point in that? I followed with 3 emails only to be told shipment incoming was delayed (I could have been notified) Bow was set at highest tension) no instructions on setting bow poundage, and the bow I ordered didn’t specify that a bow press is required to adjust draw length and poundage down on some weights/lengths. Boxed was damaged on arrival.”
