“Over the phone the team were terrific. Was a complete novice and im very happy with the bow I was recommended. Just a bit of confusion around the arrows and they came bare with no tips.”
“Your staff are beyond helpful especially for someone like me who’s a beginner, my only criticism is almost evertime I go there I’m waiting 30 plus minutes to be served, on one occasion it was over an hour. But love the store, great prices, friendly helpful staff, just need a few more of them.”
“Recently Apex handle a warranty claim for me and as most things in archery it was through an American company and they seem to do it with ease and I received the product in 4/5 weeks which was faster then expected”
“When doing my gift cards ,I had a few questions which were answered promptly by staff ,I then found the process easy ,cards were sent to emails straight away”
“Target is great and the service is always prompt form these guys. The freight company.......they tried once, no offer to try again or have it re-directed, left a note instructing me to pick it up and I had to drive to Caboolture to get it. For the extra 15 mins each way I would have been better off just driving to capalaba and not paying for the freight.”
“The purchasing bit was easy to complete and stock is simple enough to locate. However, not being a "registered member" makes it very difficult to follow up on back order items.
In saying that, once the items came into stock, the catch up and dispatch happened quite quickly.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to your and yours!”
“Hello Alex team,
I reached out to you for archery support in Brisbane, requesting that you install and tune my bow. In this process, one of your staff members was truly professional, and I was satisfied with the quality of the work, even though I was charged an additional 130 dollars. However, unfortunately, after some time, I noticed that the bow’s sight was severely misaligned to the left, and when I tried to adjust it further to the left, the arrows still veered out of the bow. Despite my efforts, the problem persisted. Eventually, I discovered that the upper part of the bow wasn’t tuned properly, causing the arrows to veer off course, which was quite problematic. I hope that in future endeavors, these aspects are taken into consideration so that you can provide an even better experience.”
