“Not very happy with my delivery, we paid for express post and took over two weeks for the package. When we rang we were told an item was not in stock. No communication about this and still charged express post on our order.”

Was denied a replacement Horse Bow when it snapped stringing it with the Step Through Method and told it’s “common sense” to use a Stringer.
They’ve had this issue before but nowhere on their site does it state this or that your warranty will be void using a method used for thousands of years.
Would it not be COMMON SENSE to have that on the site if you’d already robbed other customers of their $300+.
Have now spent less than $200 getting a Horse Bow from Odinson Archery all the way over in the USA and told by the site owner that his will be fine even without the use of a Stringer.”
“0# the bow had a crack in the riser I drove to capalaba too return the bow two of the staff members laughed. When they saw the crack and told me that it can't be replaced right away I will have to go through warranty. Two weeks later I haven't even received a phone call or email.”
