I paid $72.73 for next day delivery and it took 5 full days to receive the items.

The sheer arrogance your company has, to provide no actual directions for setup, while claiming to be making it easier than ever to start archery, is next level. I will never purchase anything from you again. Plenty of hunting shops around.

I haven't received my purchase yet. I have no tracking information on the order to know weather it will be delivered or not. My confidence in purchasing from you is very low at the moment.

Been waiting on a product i paid $1500 for, I understand back orders but over four months waiting is ridiculous. If they can’t get the stock in a timely manner then they should not advertise it until they can. I was told maximum 6 week wait

The second tine I have been stuffed around by Apex with my order taking a month to arrive. I understand that there has been a cyclone but it should have been sent well before that. Very disappointed

Advertised with a single picture showing a waist strap and it doesn’t actually come with one! Never bought a waist bag that didn’t come with the basic connections before! Bad advertising and a massive waste of my time. I pre-ordered and waited 3 months for this bag!!!

I left a review last time in regards how poor the service was. Never contacted me back or followed up with email. Look at your reviews and respond to them or just stop sending emails like this. This is poor customer service

Very poor, out of stock emailed and said it will be in. (Never did come in) so the rest of order had to wait 2-3months to be dispatched. I had to make all the communication wondering what was happening with order

I never received the string and it’s been sent to an unknown address. I’ve spent over 1k at your store in 6 months and I’ve been constantly disappointed. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

First order (release): Not beed delivered. When get delivered was week later late which was too late. Second order from Apex (hat), I have not been allerted of parcel arriving nor I received the parcel. Company claimed parcel had been delivered, and didnt want to reimbursed the purchase.... Really??? Poor!! Very poor dealing from Apex!

Not very happy with my delivery, we paid for express post and took over two weeks for the package. When we rang we were told an item was not in stock. No communication about this and still charged express post on our order.
