Was denied a replacement Horse Bow when it snapped stringing it with the Step Through Method and told it’s “common sense” to use a Stringer.
They’ve had this issue before but nowhere on their site does it state this or that your warranty will be void using a method used for thousands of years.
Would it not be COMMON SENSE to have that on the site if you’d already robbed other customers of their $300+.
Have now spent less than $200 getting a Horse Bow from Odinson Archery all the way over in the USA and told by the site owner that his will be fine even without the use of a Stringer.”
“0# the bow had a crack in the riser I drove to capalaba too return the bow two of the staff members laughed. When they saw the crack and told me that it can't be replaced right away I will have to go through warranty. Two weeks later I haven't even received a phone call or email.”
