“Very dissapointing service ordered online a quiver it was a mix up from beginning to end order was lost then given to someone else then wrong one sent a big mix up left handed instead of right that was second order first order a black quiver also and you sent a green one quality control does not exist”
“I ordered this on the 17th November and it still has not arrived, so asking me about a product I have not received is just rude. If you want to improve, try keeping your customers more informed of delays in shipping and don't send them surveys unless you confirm that they have received the product.”

“Unfortunately I got sent the 48” instead of the 58”.
I bought the bow assuming it would come with a string.
It did not so I rang & ordered one to suit the bow I purchased. I also paid another $15 for quick ship from Southside of brissy to the Northside. It arrived 5 x days later & wrong string. Now 4 x weeks later & still can not use the bow I purchased. I think I just have bad luck, not Apex’s fault, all previous purchases have been great. Just need a 58” string. Thanks”
“Over two weeks wait for items listed as in stock, same experience a couple of years ago. Why do business that way? it's costing you customers! Other archery shops have items to you within days, a week max. Thankfully I can get most items elsewhere so won't have to deal with Apex again. Warned everyone at my club about the way you do business too, as it's unacceptable.”
“Ok It stars with my limbs cracking only after 6weeks of owning it not fault of yours or mine. After a very long time of waiting for limbs to get sent over no fault of yours i then had to send my bow back to apex to get fixed the I call Apex at 1.00 in the afternoon on a Friday asking if internet bow was ready much to my surprise it was I was very happy I then told the young girl I’ll be down tomorrow first thing to pick it up and go over it with you guys ok see you tomorrow drive safe the girl replied i the drive 4 hours missing a days work full tanks fuel only to be told my bow was sent back to me I was not happy as I had to drive back 4 hours a other tank of fuel with out my bow and all apex archery could offer me was a little discount on some arrows i had played on spending will over $500 in the shop that day and was really concerning ordering the new pse levitate through you guy very disappointed to say the least”
