Waited nearly 28 days and phoned.
Advised stock was in that day and being dispatched the next.
Very very poor communication for a business.”

the Bigfella Bow strings are really good though. i will just order them direct next time. they get a 5 star rating”
“I included a delivery note at purchase requesting that the parcel was not left out the front of my house, and to be signed for or returned to the nearest Post Office. This had happendd before and it is very concerning consodering local crime and the value of the goods being sent. My instructions were not followed, and this caused alot of hassle as someone had to go to my house and pick the parcel up as I was not in town. Instructions like this need to be taken seriously, otherwise a section for delivery notes is superfluous.”
“Didn't receive enough guide on how to use the purchase bow...T he sales man was reluctant to show me. I'm currently struggling with setting it up since i bought it....I'm certainly dissappointed”
“The experience wasn't favourable in the least. The team had ample time to avoid the issues that were faced and rectify them prior to the bow being collected. Poor form that could of easily been avoided.”
“Was sent the wrong item and acted quickly to send said item back to apex, only to be offered no compensation for the mess around and had to follow up on updates on the correct item myself. Couldn’t even flip the bill for express postage on the correct item that should have been sent.
Won’t be using you guys again.”
“I ordered a string that you said you had in stock and paid for Express post and didn’t come for 2 months and when I emailed I didn’t get a reply for a few days . And didn’t even try to accommodate me for the price of the express post .”
