“Got bow and its damaged. Took it to a shop and they said it had probably been dropped and they tried to fix it but forgot to replace the dented cam. Hey knew that coz they come from the factory at 29inch and this one was set to 26inch. Also don't get express post as they don't actually send it via express post. Go elsewhere”

Advised stock was in that day and being dispatched the next.
Very very poor communication for a business.”

“I included a delivery note at purchase requesting that the parcel was not left out the front of my house, and to be signed for or returned to the nearest Post Office. This had happendd before and it is very concerning consodering local crime and the value of the goods being sent. My instructions were not followed, and this caused alot of hassle as someone had to go to my house and pick the parcel up as I was not in town. Instructions like this need to be taken seriously, otherwise a section for delivery notes is superfluous.”
