“Placed and payed for order, after two weeks it took me to have to call up and enquire about order to finally get it posted, Finally recieved order to find that it was missing parts and the sight mounting Threads in timber were loose and would just pull out, i had to carry out repairs on brand new bow already.”

“Rarely answer the phone.....and customer service is very poor. I have a fair distance to travel to attend the store so like to call to confirm stock on hand before doing so. I finally got through on the phone and the shop attendant answering phone refused to get up and confirm that the bow was still available on the shelf (it was on shelf a few days prior)......he actually argued that their website was up to date and that I need to check it instead.
So I instead phoned Abbey who advised they had the same bow in store and I purchased a VXR31.5 from them.”

“While staff are pleasant and helpful enough to deal with:-
- bow was shipped without my knowledge or consent, to an address I didn't nominate. It was agreed that the bow was to be kept at store when it arrived and I would pick it up
- I had to call Australia Post and arrange for the return of the bow back to Apex Hunting - whatever notes staff made for the bow's return did nothing
- staff advised they would set bow weight at 55 lbs as I'm a new shooter - it was left at full 70 lbs weight. I subsequently had to drive to the store to get the bow adjusted to what staff originally recommended it be configured
- Trophy Ridge Volt LED light already broken upon arrival
- Was advised by staff I couldn't talk to the manager about the aforementioned issues. Tried ringing the store to have the call answered, then immediately hung up
Perhaps management could splurge on some post-it notes for the guys so they can keep track of jobs. For spending close to $2,000 as a new customer it has been a disappointing experience.”
“Im a beginner and expected to get complete arrows but apparently no tips or points or whatever you call them included - disingenuous or misleading advertising and pictures , a lot of time wasted for me”
“Poor, poor, poor. Sent me the incorrect items, made me arrange postage back etc. I finally got the required items and there was a $40 difference etc. Was hounded and chased to top up the amount owing which was never my fault. Surely after all the errors and then me having to muck about with postage etc during Covid you would right off the amount owing and Appologise.
Rubbish service and will NEVER shop with you again. Have had items shipped faster and the actual items arrived from NZ and yes during Covid.
Good luck lost me for ever. Shopped across many hunting stores during our lock down and you guys the worst by a country mile.”
