I paid for express post, and when I spend 20 something dollars on that, I expect it to be exactly that - express.
2 days after the order and no shipping update prompted me to email and question this. An hour or so after my email, my item was shipped. No reply, no apology, nothing. I'm super disappointed as I have shopped here before and love their products and pricing, but to have my email ignored after questioning the delay on something that was in stock that I paid extra money to have shipped fast shows a lack of professionalism and has driven me away from buying here again. A shame, as I had plans to purchase some more equipment soon.”

The carbon RX7 is it Bow that I look forward to buying for awhile now.
At 2 1/2 thousand dollars it is an expensive purchase and I was disappointed to have the bar arrive not in its original box with no owners manual scratches on the cam where someone has made adjustments to the draw length.
I phoned Apex Hunting and was made to feel that it was an important to have an instruction manual, the original box, and it was okay to pay full price for display stock”
“customer service was good got straight back to me, but the wait time for a bow was ridiculous yes it was LH but six months, didn't even get the bow I wanted customer service said they had a different LH bow in stock same brand different model different color different size they didn't know when my bow would arrive, so I said reluctantly yes:(”
“I live in CQ so don’t get to bow shops very often. Was looking forward to getting my son his first bow and possibly upgrading mine. Service was not very helpful. Had done my research and knew that the blizzard would suit my son. Had to actually ask the bloke if I could get me one after I had said several times that that’s what I wanted. Asked for a bag to go with it. Bloke stood and pointed to where they were my wife and I couldn’t see them, they were actually in a box on the floor. Then asked about bows for myself, admittedly I’m left handed so options anywhere are never at a premium (understandably)but the bloke just pointed in a general direction to the couple of left handed bows they had. Showed no interest in showing them to me or so we left with the blizzard for my son only. Happy with the blizzard for a starter bow, actually really surprised with the quality for the price. But as far as service goes won’t be back.”
“I've made two online purchases from Apex, one in 2015 and one at the end of 2022. Both times I've been sent the wrong items. Most recently I've really struggled to get any assistance from their support team and haven't been able to swap items for what I ordered. Unless it was the only retailer of a specific item domestically to Australia, I'd prefer to shop elsewhere.”
“I hoped by buying this kit would make getting started with archery a lot easier, however it’s been the complete opposite, for me and my mate that bough the same kit, the arrow rest is useless, my mate got informed that 36lb would be a good weight to start with however it’s way to heavy to start with as we’re still working on our form (we mentioned we were just starting up) the arrows are to stiff. So basically it was pointless of us getting the kit, seemed very promising until we got it and set it up..”
“Fairly poorly, you had the arrow guides on backwards, and the string guide in wrong spot
You also told me Ithe limbs were interchangeable , on the basic kit , which they aren’t, and it’s too strong for my daughter”
“the staff members had no idea about traditional archery and couldn't answer basic questions (all three of them). This was disappointing because in the past I had experienced excellent and knowledgeable service. Price alone is not a selling point - there are heaps of online archery retailers out there. I am chasing knowledge”
“Hoping this is private and not a public review.
First error, ordered string with another bow package, delayed postage as the string marked in stock was not as a result of a stock count error, never mind these things happen. 3 weeks later no word, so after I followed-up with an email the string arrived just yesterday and was shipped on today. Back order and these things happen. Meanwhile, my brother has ordered some gifts for my his nephew, my son for his birthday (Jun 17) and these are yet to arrive. Just seems that the products are great, the price reasonable, yet the shipping is an issue. Was recommended your store, but was cautioned on the shipping. I prefer to buy in Australia, though am more likely to travel and buy from a local archery store than online in the future.”

Unfortunately it looks like my pair were previously used and then returned, or something to that effect.
There were bits of dry grass on the exterior of the gaiter.
Bit of a shame as you pay full price for a new product not a used one.”
