“Hoping this is private and not a public review.
First error, ordered string with another bow package, delayed postage as the string marked in stock was not as a result of a stock count error, never mind these things happen. 3 weeks later no word, so after I followed-up with an email the string arrived just yesterday and was shipped on today. Back order and these things happen. Meanwhile, my brother has ordered some gifts for my his nephew, my son for his birthday (Jun 17) and these are yet to arrive. Just seems that the products are great, the price reasonable, yet the shipping is an issue. Was recommended your store, but was cautioned on the shipping. I prefer to buy in Australia, though am more likely to travel and buy from a local archery store than online in the future.”
“Happy with the bow itself but unfortunately when it arrived today the box had been damaged and the bow string itself had an abrasion on it that was starting to fray.”

There were bits of dry grass on the exterior of the gaiter.
Bit of a shame as you pay full price for a new product not a used one.”

“The service from Apex Hunting was excellent, but I was disappointed with the product. The bow itself works fine, but the suction darts are poor quality - the rubber tips break off after only a couple of shots, even when removing them carefully from the target face.”
“My order was sent with the incorrect pack of broad heads and on contacting apex I am expected to go to the post office and send the wrong items back. At the very least apex to let me keep them to hunt in the mean time while I wait for the ones I ordered to turn up as it’s stuffed me around.”
“I ordered a brush demon expecting the machete to have been looked by your staff prior to packaging. The handle has blemishes and the coating on the machete is chipped. Unacceptable when you have the option for customers to pay for insurance on orders. It will take some convincing for me to purchase items from your company again.

Also 4 days after I ordered I made contact to find out when my order would be dispatched and was told that no one had been to the other warehouse to collect the items to be dispatched.”
