Sorry but the range finder I purchased form u not to long ago has let me down in the field im very unhappy with the purchase,I didn't even use the bloody thing and on my first hunt the batteries went dead and were irreplaceable! Some kind of weird battery and no charger!!!!! I'm so unset with my purchase it's making me angry sending u guys a email!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was told that I had to order another product because it wasn't even though it said it was in stock. I then left it as I was choosing what else to get as I was given a credit and then my package arrived in the mail. Not good communication or advertising. I think it is a great site and will purchase again but if the same things happens after that I will not be. Thank you

Super quick delivery and awesome bow. I would recommend the following.. being new to archery I have no idea. I contacted your office and the staff were very unhelpful and became frustrated with my questions. There was an expectation that I know everything. This nearly turned me off purchasing from apex. Also I purchased a bow stringer to ensure the warranty was valid. It would be helpful if apex had videos on your website to show how to assemble bow and use bow stringer. If you already do, I couldn’t find it. Maybe make a link on your site for assembly items..

I bought a Ridgeline Sable Airflow Bush Hat with a price tag on it saying $29.95. When I came home I noticed I had been charged $39.95. Went back to the store just to be told it was the correct price and the price showing was the NZ$ price as the product came from NZ. When I questioned why they had not put an AU$ price on it they replied "we have been too busy". So converting a price from NZ$ to AU$ means they just add 33% is just not right. Not in a hurry to go back to that shop.

Served in a rush (I know it was about closing time on Saturday but I was well aware of the time and all the payment and all were done before 3:00 PM) The person who gave me the kit at the counter, tried to put in arrows that had damaged vanes. So I had to ask for the new ones. As I was after 40lbs bow, first I was told it's not in stock, then the guy said he will check it out at the back twice and came back to go for 35lbs or 45 lbs as 40lbs was not in stock. Later I was asked which kit I was interested in, when I said I am after premium kit the guy changed the store. He said I will go find again and he came back saying he is happy to put on limbs of right handed 40lbs bow. If there was this option, why all this stock stories (I checked on the website earlier for left hander 40lbs which was in stock). I got what I wanted at last but didn't feel like I was welcomed to the store initially. (I think the guy who served me thought I was not there to buy but just explore)

My first time shopping with Apex and waited a while for my parcel, understanding that there are covid delays, I ended up with a wrong order. I ended up keeping the item as I needed a bow release and couldn’t wait another few weeks for the correct item.

Accused of breaking the string , bad email and phone responses , but did in the end send us a new string for the bow Highly unlikely we will order again

I ordered my riser on the 3rd emailed to enquire when it would be shipped on the 14th (it’s already been 8 working days) was told it would be shipped no later than the 16th. The 16th came and went with no word emailed on the 17th to ask would my riser now be shipped express post on Monday/Tuesday like agreed to be told no my riser was “perfectly on schedule” and would be shipped that day standard post that day. So there’s 2 lies 1st that you would ship it express post if it was after the 16th and then that it’s “perfectly on time” It was a week late by the original agreement and 3 days after the rearranged delivery date how is that perfectly on time. When I emailed again to explain I was again told my riser was on schedule and was posted already. The delays I can except even though I’m excited to get my new riser these things happen but the lies are unacceptable and very ooor customer service

They haven't arrived yet. I understand it's more likely to be Australia posts falt rather than yours,definitely better off using courier for anything heading into Victoria

I ordered a set of custom strings in fluro green & what they installed on my bow was factory strings. When questioned about them was told no they look the same as the factory strings (even though what I ordered was fluro green strings) then a few weeks later I received an email telling me my custom fluro green strings had arrived & to bring my bow in to have them installed. As I was not happy with the strings They had put on I ordered another set straight from there string maker to be sent straight to me. After receiving the email to tell me the original strings I had ordered had rocked up I told them I had ordered another set as I was not happy with the strings They had put on, they then rang the string maker to cancel my order to put the fluro green strings on. By rights I should have 2 sets of custom fluro strings but was told to keep the factory strings as spares (which I didn't want). I was not happy with the fact they rang the string maker to cancel an order that had nothing to do with them. I'm sorry to say that lost me as a customer

Paid for express post. 2 days later contacted them to see when the bow would be dispatched. They said after it had been set up. To which I said do not touch it I will have it set up for me, Do not touch it! It came set up for left handed! Looks like it was off the shelf not brand new it had clearly been used. Will not order through them again.

I never received my camouflage arrows they were black I was a little disappointed
