“I ordered a 12 inch stabiliser to shoot AHC in 3daaa, which is my maximum length. The stabiliser arrived over 14 inches in length which is illegal for me to use. I rang Apex Archery and asked if I could exchange the 12 inch for a 10 inch and was advised to refer to the returns policy, which unfortunately states that any items taken out of the packaging cannot be returned which I find a bit unfair, but I will sort a suitable solution myself.”
“This is a good basic thumb release. It has no adjustments to the release mechanism itself. It allows you to adjust the trigger angle. That's the only adjustment possible with this. So you can't set the trigger sensivity.
I like this because I've got a more sophisticated thumb trigger release which through 3 different allan keys allowing me to adjust the mechanism sensitivity of trigger and the release as well allowing me to adjust trigger placement - and it is an excellent and superior release but it also, having the complications means it's more likely to have problem and fail as it did recently and I had to send it back for repairs. That's why I bought this B3 (I've also go tthe B3 index trigger and that's pretty good I reckon).
The B3 Archery Release Exit Hunter isn't as complex and so isn't as adjustable so it's not as good that way, but it is reliable and makes a good back up and it's always good to have a plan B3 if anything fails.”
“Great piece of equipment, the ordering/delivery time is a little slow compared(granted I picked up instore once it arrived) to other online stores but other than that, my experience is good.”
“The bunny blunts work so well - barely seen a rabbit since they were deliveredđ. The ordering process was very easy and delivery was speedy. Definitely recommend”
“Good quality, however the recurve bow packages need seperate videos. I didn't struggle too much putting it together considering however it seems a lot of others have too. I'd be happy to make one for y'all.”
“I was passing through Brisbane and needed a new peep sight for my Bow so I pooped into Apex. The staff were fantastic and happily tied in my new sight for me and checked it was tied in at the right height. While I was there I picked up the Hunters Element Bino Defender Harness, which Iâm also very happy with thus far. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and lack the ego you can sometimes find at archery shops. If youâre after quality gear or advice for all things archery and bowhunting Apex is the place to go in Brisbane.”
“Ordered twice now and both times there were issues regarding supply or discrepancy to what was advertised. Due to last order taking a long time to arrive, this time I actually rang to verify stock availability prior to placing the online order and was told all good. After two weeks not received I rang for an update only to find out order was about to be packed (two weeks later?) BUT the bow quiver was not available in black and to avoid lengthy delay I had to settle for Camo?? The quiver ordered was black, so why advertise something that isnât in stock just to get the sale (Bait and switch advertising)?
It is my belief that Apex donât necessarily carry the stock advertised and advertise on price alone for competitive advantage, then order the product off the supplier, hence the extended lead time. Itâs unethical and I wonât support this form of online trading.”
“As a beginner to archery it was great to receive expert advice from the friendly staff at Apex Hunting. Jack was excellent and spent time making sure the bow I purchased was properly set up, and took the time to answer all of my questions etc. Great range of products for anyone interested in archery or hunting.”
