They were very patient on the phone and extremely helpful. I will be purchasing everything from Apex moving forwards even when we are out of lockdown.”

“It took 4 1/2 months to get to me. When I ordered, everything I chose was in stock. After I waited 6 weeks for delivery I was told another of the items wasn't in stock, so had to wait another 6 weeks. I only got updated when I emailed them asking what was going on after their time elapsed.
(to be fair there was a month of delay not of their fault).
Overall I'm disappointed with my shopping experience.”
