“I went in to buy a bow. I had a hunt booked and my bow strings snapped the day before damaging my bow. The bow I wanted was not available but the boys really went above and beyond to help me source a new bow and when it arrived they got it ready for my hunt. They set up and tuned the bow at no notice with a very busy shop 2 days before Christmas. I am deeply grateful for their efforts and the exception service, done with enthusiasm...and even taking the time to explain the tuning process to me. Well done team Apex. Like all your stuff, the only thing that was a let down was the amount of time to get the 3d targets which we still have not received and are due on the 30/12/25 which will miss our Christmas shoot, ordered in September thought that would have been enough time, otherwise you guys are great”
“Target is great and the service is always prompt form these guys. The freight company.......they tried once, no offer to try again or have it re-directed, left a note instructing me to pick it up and I had to drive to Caboolture to get it. For the extra 15 mins each way I would have been better off just driving to capalaba and not paying for the freight.”
“The purchasing bit was easy to complete and stock is simple enough to locate. However, not being a "registered member" makes it very difficult to follow up on back order items.
In saying that, once the items came into stock, the catch up and dispatch happened quite quickly.
