“For efficiency of the document, a definite 5 Star. However, I had a horrible experience. The level of professionalism was appalling, no empathy or care whatsoever - it almost looked and sounded like I was done a favour even though I payed for the service. It all came crushing down after an error on my name. The person that assisted me didn’t even bother to notice that my name was spelled incorrect even though I submitted documents including copies of my ID and passport, and she had my name on our emails. I was then told I have to pay R1500 to correct the error caused by DHA. One of the reasons I chose to use Apostil (or an agency) was to make sure that I avoid such things. Anyways I payed the fee, and had questions surrounding it. My questions were never answered, instead, to shut me up I was told I don’t have to pay the fee and they will refund me. A refund that was never done, after a week I enquired regarding the refund, again had questions around it that was never answered but to find out the accounts departments didn’t process the refund after it was requested. It was so disappointing, because reviews says otherwise. I guess I was the unlucky one to get such great service. I hope no one goes through what I went through, and I would still recommend Apostil however I would share my experience upon recommending it.”
