“This is amazing when you live in another country but need admin done back in South Africa! I needed a confirmation paper of my SA driver's license and I requested it the end of November 2023 and they managed to get it AND DHL send to Germany by the 22nd of Dec 2023! Absolutely incredible service! Would highly recommend, do not hestitate!!!! A big thank you to the team!”

“We made use of the priority DIRCO Apostille services in an attempt to receive our DIRCO Apostilles in time for our appointment at the embassy. After 9 working days, I followed up on the progress and received the following feedback: "Please be advised that it is still in progress. Please be patient, I will provide feedback as soon as possible." We received feedback 4 working days later but noticed that the DIRCO completed the Apostille 5 working days before the email was sent to us.”

Thank you for your review, albeit less than expected. When DIRCO apostilles a document, we are never notified right away, it is always a few days afterwards. Timings are also our best estimates and are not guaranteed, which you were aware of. Nevertheless, we welcome your feedback and hope to assist you in future if need be.
