“I requested a Certificate of Exception (completed within days) and an Apostille for an existing birth certificate (took 8 weeks processing time by DIRCO, as of August 23). Overall Apostil.co.za provided a professional and satisfying service (which saved me several months compared to standard SA consulate services).”

“We picked the expedited option for birth certificates and a marriage certificate. The marriage certificate took almost two months with little communication and a lot of frustration from our side. Would not recommend.”

Hi Gloria, our timing specifically says 4-8 weeks and longer if you have no marriage register (which you did not have). So we fail to see how we deserve only one star, given that we delivered in less time than anticipated. That said, we take your comment to heart and wish you the best for the future! Our door is open to assist if you ever need it.
