“Outstanding is the only word I can use to describe Apsotil ZA, Cherese and her team. If I could give 10 stars I would. From the beginning, Cherese and her team have provided me with a first-class service and I wouldn’t even think of trying to go about getting documentation from SA any other way. They were quick to respond to all enquiries and questions; they provided regular updates, and nothing was too much trouble. I managed to get all my documents much faster than if I had gone through the embassy. Really a phenomenal service and a phenomenal company! Thank you all for your help and hard work!”

“Thank you for arranging a copy of my divorce certificate (within a week) as well as a determination of my citizenship status which took around 5 weeks (estimated to be 13 months from NZ, but a lot cheaper). Highly recommend Apostil if you living abroad and need documents.”

“Took a while but was definitely faster than dealing with SAPS directly myself. My only main gripe is that I paid for the 4-7 day service, as I reached the 7 day point (and beyond) I received zero communication on whether it would be done or not despite several emails. Only after writing a negative review here did I begin to get almost daily updates from the 11th working day for the next 5 weeks that it took to be completed. It was received unfortunately too late for my visa application, but thankfully did not impact the process too much. I am a little disappointed to have received a Basic level service when I had paid over double for the Front-of-Queue service. It was apparently due to SAPS delays, but I think that if this is a regular situation, I feel that Apostil should just be more up-front with a maximum time frame it may still take, and work on their communication in instances that there are delays. I would consider using them again to speed things up, but definitely give yourself at least an additional month on the waiting time you anticipate.”

“I am very unhappy with the service I received concerning our PPC's. I was never updated about the progress and every time i send an email it was the same reply. Apparently the department of records at the police stations's scanner broke down. How long does it take to repair it? If i didn't make contact with Apostil they would have never came back to me. I paid a really big amount and if this problem isn't sorted out quickly I want a refund! And will then use another company. I was in conversation with Cherese Besuidenhout!!!!!!”
