“Truly pleased to give Apostil SA 5 stars. I live in Europe and urgently required an Apostil copy of my SA Birth Certificate. Whilst there are a number of companies offering various Home Affairs services I am so pleased that I chose Apostle SA. From the first email to the completion of the service I received complete professional interaction and the time line was adhered to. “Requested unabridged certificates delivered all correct faster than the stated time. The communication was a bit poor and pricing given up front didn't include VAT which was then added at invoicing stage, which I why the service wasn't rated 5 stars.”

“Registering my marriage, which took place in 2009, with Home Affairs should have been a routine matter. Not so. We have encountered many pitfalls along the way and now, when I absolutely needed an unabridged marriage certificate, couldn’t get one, no marriage registered. I contacted Apostil, just a little skeptical about whether or not they could help me to resolve this quickly, but they did, somehow navigating the minefield which is Home Affairs and resolving my marriage registration in less than a week. I cannot speak highly enough about their quick and responsive service and the efficiency of the result. Unbelievable and very well done!”

“Thank you Cherissa and the Apostile team for handling my unabridged marriage certificate request. I wouldn't recommend anyone to try and get an unabridged from home affairs without help. The best help you can get is from this company. Unabridged took 8 weeks (because HA made a mistake and apostile had to send it back) and apostile 5 weeks. Thank you very much and I definitely recommend to use this service.”

“I had been waiting for my PCC for 8 weeks. It was needed urgently. I then sort the services of Apostil and I was told it will take 3-5 days. It took 2 days. Thank you so much. Words fail me . Vimbai.”

“I was saddened by the fact that the team delayed the documents for a week and kept on telling me that it was already submitted. I got to know this after chatting to DIRCO. I expected the team to be faster on their side , as we can't control DIRCO's time. Even after raising it to their management they made me feel that delaying documents at their side is normal and i am making fuss about it. For my case it would have made a difference if I could have recvd the docs a week earlier. I don't say don't use them but if I have urgency I won't go to them. There was only one person in their team, but not responsible for Pretoria, whom I felt had customer empathy. Opposite to my expectations, I find DIRCO very approachable, replying every email query. So next time I will go directly.”
