Really pathetic experience with Apple Online store - I ordered a MacBook Pro with M4 Pro chip - they happily take your money and claim it will be delivered the following day - after that radio silence - you can track it using the useless Blue Dart tracker which goes round and round in circle - it is almost like they publish useless updates. If you call them then no response after jumping through many hoops Absolutely no comms whatsoever - no OTP, No Text Message, No email, No call, No Whatsapp - nothing. Then after all this delay and no comms, I contact Apply online and they sound like a useless robot saying the same nonsense - we will come back to you - if you want refund you have to jump through multiple steps to request a refund and it will take 5 - 7 business days! (which is two weeks), So be very very very careful before you spend lakhs (my order was INR 2 lakhs) on Apple's absolutely dreadful Online store

WORST EXPERIENCE - 2 MONTHS - NO RESOLUTION I have had the most horrific experience with the online / phone Apple support team. 2 months, no resolutions, I still don't have a working apple ID, have a solution for how to transfer my data or how to set up a new apple ID. I've invested over 15hrs of my own time and over 1/2 dozen calls and many emails trying to solve this with no success. Apple locked my Apple ID WITHOUT any warning, or any explanation of what I did wrong, which has resulted in the most extreme inconvenience. No access to the app store, apps shutting down as I can't update, no access to iMessage, voice messages, Apple PAY, iCloud and more. A warning would have saved all of this havoc and saved the reputation of Apple - BE KINDER APPLE. DO BETTER. TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE HUMANS, NOT A PIECE OF PAPER WITH TERMS AND CONDITIONS. I'm a human with a heart and I'VE BEEN TREATED LIKE A CRIMINAL. This is the most painful situation where Apple only sees black and white and is not willing to look at case by case and treat customers like humans. This was innocent & not ill intended - I literally don't know what I did. Apple doesn't care enough to educate customers or help. I'm going to lose 2500 contacts, 8000 photos, 500 notes, 100 voice memos +++ more. I've PAID for years of Apple iCloud storage where ALL OF THIS IS BACKED UP TO, which has also been locked, hence why I'll lose everything. No access to talk to anyone with any authority. I now rank Apple as 0/5. I still have no solution. The online / phone has blocked the option of me making a genius bar appointment via phone - so more INCONVENIENCE to me, the customer, as I now need to use my time (approx. 1hr round trip) to book an appointment in person. I'm saddened that a company that treats people this poorly has this much power and monopoly. I was genuinely kind, patient, trusting and amicable for a VERY LONG TIME, trusting that a company like apple would provide a solution. After 2 months I'm at the end of my tether and this is creating significant stress to endure on top of all the practical inconvenience & 15-20+ hours of my time lost trying to rectify this.

You put money on your Apple Card, and Apple just go in your account and take your money bad business Apple you don’t just go account and just take their money just because it’s sitting there refund my money back!!!!!☹️☹️☹️☹️

Never again will I buy an apple product. The service and the product is below standard. I bought a new iPhone, used my old Apple ID password one time and haven’t been able to use it again. It has taken me 7 days plus to recover my account so I can change my password and I’m still waiting and they refuse to help me to resolve this. The give me some nonsense about security, It’s beyond frustrating.

This company and it‘s customer service and the way they treat their employees in their stores is the worst of it‘s kind. Capitalistic and really evil management. They can‘t keep their promises. Their green washing statements are made for really stupid ones. Aluminium cases are not better than plastic and their products are simply overpriced. My homepod 1. Generation died after only 4 years. All they want, is your money! I used to love their products, but I discovered, that their high-pricing strategy is nothing more than making money out of foolish people, who buy their products.

I'm been trying to get my phone to work for a month I forgot password and they lock my phone now they are telling me that is not my phone number or my email is not correct

I bought an Apple Iphone 16 Pro Max, I did not open the box it was still sealed, UPS picked the handset up from my apartment which I had a confirmation email, a few days later it showed it had arrived back at Apple, I contacted them the day after and said this was a mistake the handset hasn't been returned back to us and asked for all the necessary documents to prove the item was picked up. ANYWAY almost a week later they received the parcel from UPS and they told me the box was empty! Todays date is the 12/11/2024 and after a weeks investigation with UPS they confirmed they completed a review with the carrier and they are unable to provide a replacement or a refund! Absolutely disgusting, never buy a product from Apple online! BEAWARE!!!

I ordered iPhone 16 Pro Max on 2nd Oct 24 and waited for 22 days before it was supposed to be delivered today, 24th October 24. I took a trade-in deal which offered me INR 20,400 discount. The old phone was supposed to be checked by BlueDart delivery guy. I was quite apprehensive as to how a delivery guy will check the condition of the trade-in mobile. My doubt was cleared when he took more than an hour to run the diagnostic app called Verify on my mobile and failed every time because he didn't know how to use it. Since he was wasting my time I offered him to pay the balance of INR 20,400 in cash and in return asked him to state in 2 line in a plain paper with his sign that he received the amount so as to make sure I am not in trouble in future. This guy plainly refused to write it. I had already paid INR 1,24,500 almost 3 weeks ago to Apple and I was left to fend myself for the solution!!. I called the Apple support and asked them to cancel the order and issue a full refund. I later got an email reply from Apple stating that they are cancelling the order because trade-in phone was detected to have damage – very funny!! I had myself called their support to cancel the order and issue the refund to reduce my trouble in the first place. More intriguing was when I checked the status of waybill on BlueDart website and it says “Consignee Refused To Accept”!!. Both Apple & BlueDart tried to put blame on me when I paid more that 85% of the product value in advance, waited for 3 weeks, tried training BlueDart delivery guy on how the Verify app works, how to use it, tried the Apple support to end my misery but at the end the blame was all on me. Yes, it was my mistake in the first place to order an overrated iPhone and take all this trouble. I reached out to Apple support again asking them for an apology but got a plain email that they will investigate further and keep my advance payment for another 5-6 days before they could process the refund. Today after exactly after 14 days they said the refund will be processed I called up the Apple Support and got a blunt reply that the product is stuck somewhere in their return supply chain and the refund will be processed only after they receive the product at their Mumbai warehouse. How am I able to now control how BlueDart work and what is the deal between BlueDart & Apple. I think Apple has lost it completely and I think they are going to either keep it like a pending case or give me some frivolous reason at the end to scam me of INR 1,24,500. So, guys better be aware of this overrated phone, their trade-in deal and the resultant mental pain and thus avoid iPhone.

Cannot cancel my Apple Music subscription and cannot login into their site. Documented how I've reset my password numerous times and cannot log into the site. Their response: log into the site and cancel. No further help offered. Worst customer support ever.

Apple and Verizon both suck we paid $900 to upgrade my daughters phone from a 14 to 15 pro max a couple months ago. Told the lady I didn’t know her iCloud passcode. She still transferred everything onto my daughter‘s phone. She can’t even do anything on her phone and I still keep paying the bill and fighting with Apple and Verizon. They keep telling me there’s nothing they can do but y’all didn’t mind taking my $900 and make me pay monthly payments for the past couple months. The phone is in my name. I have an ID to prove who I am. I even put the card that’s linked to her phone on there and they still won’t help us

I recently noticed that I had unexplained apple charges on my credit card statements. I finally figured out which apple support phone number to call for a live agent. When I called in they couldn't help me because the charges were from my husband's phone. He looked at his phone and the only subscription he had was for Peacock TV. Well, there was also a charge for the same amount under Peacock on my credit card statement. I called in again and confirmed that we had been double charged by apple for the Peacock subscription since February. The agent could only request a refund for two of the charges. "The rest of the the charges were too far back." There is no one she can escalate the issue to so we're just out of luck and they get to keep the money. Talk about a horrible policy where you can't be refunded for a mistake they made. No wonder they're so rich if they double charge people for subscriptions. If you do a subscription through Apple, check your credit card statement like a hawk! They're hoping you don't notice that they're stealing your money.

TRULY THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT - which I never thought Id say about Apple - BUT I MAY NEVER USE AN APPLE PRODUCT AGAIN. This experience has been nothing short of almost traumatic and the "generic" emails I get from Apple that are 'supposed to help' are worded in a condescending way compared to helpful! Truly whomever is making the rules about these emails and wording them should be fired because if any other business sent these emails to customers they would go bankrupt very quickly. How a billion dollar business is able to offer such lackluster customer service is wild. My problem continues to go unfixed - I can't access some apps on my phone I use for business - my job as a Personal Assistant is now being affected and I'm losing income due to the problems w/ my Apple iphone. HELP!!!!!

Absolute scam. Avoid apple products. Paid over £700 for a new phone and didnt realise they had once again changed all the plugs / wires so i cant actually charge it or use any of my old iphone chargers etc. Also doesnt work with my powerbank therefore will need to update ALL my accessories. Id expect when you buy a new phone to get the charger INCLUDED in the price. Its a joke and will NOT be using apple/iphones going forward. Scam and a waste of £££

I received many extra charges on my credit card. When messaging to resolve the issue I was asked if I would like to speak to a technician. When I said yes, the messaging stopped and a box popped up with a place for me to put my phone number and wanted to charge me two dollars for a call. Ridiculous!

I’m tired of all the one hour f@$&$g delays because you of a old subscription on a old account you need to make it easier to cancel subscriptions through the web because im almost about to stop using iPhone because of it

I’m very disappointed that Apple could not stop my Apple account from being hacked. They need to protect people who buy their products. I have cancelled my credit card but Apple would not stop the hacker from purchasing an iPhone 16. So sad!

Im so tired of apple charging me when i shouldnt be getting charged. I called about a transaction i didnt know about and i got it figured out. While otp i said i just paid for my icloud storage. Literally sense that call yall changed my due date and have been trying to recharge me for it. Is apple literally that broke that you need to try to take 98 cents daily off someones account?
