“I bought an Apple Iphone 16 Pro Max, I did not open the box it was still sealed, UPS picked the handset up from my apartment which I had a confirmation email, a few days later it showed it had arrived back at Apple, I contacted them the day after and said this was a mistake the handset hasn't been returned back to us and asked for all the necessary documents to prove the item was picked up. ANYWAY almost a week later they received the parcel from UPS and they told me the box was empty! Todays date is the 12/11/2024 and after a weeks investigation with UPS they confirmed they completed a review with the carrier and they are unable to provide a replacement or a refund! Absolutely disgusting, never buy a product from Apple online! BEAWARE!!!”
“I ordered iPhone 16 Pro Max on 2nd Oct 24 and waited for 22 days before it was supposed to be delivered today, 24th October 24. I took a trade-in deal which offered me INR 20,400 discount. The old phone was supposed to be checked by BlueDart delivery guy. I was quite apprehensive as to how a delivery guy will check the condition of the trade-in mobile. My doubt was cleared when he took more than an hour to run the diagnostic app called Verify on my mobile and failed every time because he didn't know how to use it. Since he was wasting my time I offered him to pay the balance of INR 20,400 in cash and in return asked him to state in 2 line in a plain paper with his sign that he received the amount so as to make sure I am not in trouble in future. This guy plainly refused to write it. I had already paid INR 1,24,500 almost 3 weeks ago to Apple and I was left to fend myself for the solution!!.
I called the Apple support and asked them to cancel the order and issue a full refund. I later got an email reply from Apple stating that they are cancelling the order because trade-in phone was detected to have damage – very funny!! I had myself called their support to cancel the order and issue the refund to reduce my trouble in the first place. More intriguing was when I checked the status of waybill on BlueDart website and it says “Consignee Refused To Accept”!!.
Both Apple & BlueDart tried to put blame on me when I paid more that 85% of the product value in advance, waited for 3 weeks, tried training BlueDart delivery guy on how the Verify app works, how to use it, tried the Apple support to end my misery but at the end the blame was all on me.
Yes, it was my mistake in the first place to order an overrated iPhone and take all this trouble. I reached out to Apple support again asking them for an apology but got a plain email that they will investigate further and keep my advance payment for another 5-6 days before they could process the refund.
Today after exactly after 14 days they said the refund will be processed I called up the Apple Support and got a blunt reply that the product is stuck somewhere in their return supply chain and the refund will be processed only after they receive the product at their Mumbai warehouse. How am I able to now control how BlueDart work and what is the deal between BlueDart & Apple. I think Apple has lost it completely and I think they are going to either keep it like a pending case or give me some frivolous reason at the end to scam me of INR 1,24,500.
So, guys better be aware of this overrated phone, their trade-in deal and the resultant mental pain and thus avoid iPhone.”

“Apple and Verizon both suck we paid $900 to upgrade my daughters phone from a 14 to 15 pro max a couple months ago. Told the lady I didn’t know her iCloud passcode. “I recently noticed that I had unexplained apple charges on my credit card statements. I finally figured out which apple support phone number to call for a live agent. When I called in they couldn't help me because the charges were from my husband's phone. He looked at his phone and the only subscription he had was for Peacock TV. Well, there was also a charge for the same amount under Peacock on my credit card statement. I called in again and confirmed that we had been double charged by apple for the Peacock subscription since February. The agent could only request a refund for two of the charges. "The rest of the the charges were too far back." There is no one she can escalate the issue to so we're just out of luck and they get to keep the money. Talk about a horrible policy where you can't be refunded for a mistake they made. No wonder they're so rich if they double charge people for subscriptions. If you do a subscription through Apple, check your credit card statement like a hawk! They're hoping you don't notice that they're stealing your money.”

“Absolute scam. Avoid apple products. Paid over £700 for a new phone and didnt realise they had once again changed all the plugs / wires so i cant actually charge it or use any of my old iphone chargers etc. Also doesnt work with my powerbank therefore will need to update ALL my accessories. Id expect when you buy a new phone to get the charger INCLUDED in the price. Its a joke and will NOT be using apple/iphones going forward. Scam and a waste of £££”

“Worst customer service. AppleCare+ is a scam, they make it as difficult as possible to make a claim. I’ve been trying for weeks to make a claim for my iPhone, only to be messed around so many times. Apple’s products are already overpriced and prone to being faulty and unreliable, so I thought having AppleCare+ would help with that. After being a lifelong customer after being sucked into the hype as a teenager, I will NEVER buy another Apple product again. I was looking for another laptop/computer and will be getting a PC now. I was looking at the new products and comparing them when I remembered I hadn’t seen my air pods on my find my app.
So I got them and opened the case. Under settings it was showing 2 different ones and they wouldn’t work together. After an hour of troubleshooting I called Apple only to learn the sent me the wrong damn replacement and they WILL NOT work together. And p!ss on me, too bad it’s out of warranty for A REPLACEMENT THAT THEY SCREWED UP ON. 😡😡😡😡😡

I have booked 2 iphone 16 pro max with apple store. By mistake I choose one to deliver at my home and one at my local PO.
Both were scheduled to deliver before 10/2024.
I called the apple store to check the status of my order and requested if my order can be clubbed together either to deliver at PO or home.
They tried to rescheduled the order and said it has not happened but one of my phone used to deliver at PO has been delayed to 14/10 just because of they tried to rescheduled.
Now they cant put the order back to 01/10 which was the previous delivery date.
I even talked to the manager she said she apologised but she cant do it.
I purchased these phone to gift my sister and her son on her birthday which is on 06/10. I told them that it is a gift but they did not bother about it. They said if you want you can cancel the order.
I feel like they have given my order to someone known and rescheduled my order on purpose.
I don't know where should I complaint about it.

“Worst experience with Apple phone, i am iPhone user from iPhone XS Generation till up to date (Purchased all). Purchased new iPhone 15 Pro Max 3 days back and i activated after 2 days, it came out to be defective. Approached Apple store for replacement, they just denied replacement and only offered repair. I asked why repair..? Its new phone and i have to adjust with repaired phone..?! I personally felt, now a days Apple started selling refurbished phone or might compromised with Quality of product.
