DHL driver delivered my replacement phone to the wrong address, the driver then signed for it himself. Apple will not send a replacement as it is not 'Policy', the facts in this case are clear and incontrovertible, me as the 'Loyal' Apple customer am now being treated worse than the driver that made the error. DHL state that I need to resolve this with Apple, Apple are saying they can do nothing until DHL engage with them, very poor service from both organisations

I have medical fort bills and I work 3 jobs. And my son has spent about 1600 euros or more on the game apps which I have worked hard for but all I am asking for is a refund.

I HATE THIS SO MUCH OK,I HAVE A GOOD REASON THEIR PRICES ARE EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE!!!! ALSO I TURNED MY APPLE PHONE OFF ND IT DIDN'T TURN BACK ON AND I MISSED MY SISTERS WEDDING DUE TO THAT!!!!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH OTHER PHONE COMPANIES ARE BETTER #BEBETTERAPPLE

power button stopped working. quoted £375 for repair by Apple. Only one month outside the 12 month warranty period. Robbery! Probably less than an hours work I would think

Purchased a 27” iMac 5K 2019 model, after a few months use in a normal clean house, a small insect managed to get stuck in the space between the glass and the lcd panel. Apple’s response? Warranty doesn’t cover ‘debris’ under the screen! Surely a £1800 machine should be built well enough that a common household insect cannot get inside the allegedly sealed screen unit?!?! They make great products but clearly couldn’t care less about their customers. Steve Jobs would be turning in his grave.

i dont recommend apple beacuse it is useless it is very expensive and all the features are same as other brands provide in low price

1. Pre-purchase unable to get through to Apple despite numerous attempt. 2. Wacom Intuos arrived very promptly on the 5th August at approx 10.30. 3. Since when it is now the 7th at 14.00 both Apple support and Wacom support despite very lengthy telephone calls and multiple downloads, deletions etc the tablet still does not work with either of my iMac's. 4. Just spoken to Apple to reject the Wacom and get it returned and refunded appaling customer attitude. 5. What a great shame I couldn't purchase this from John Lewis they understand customer service. Furthermore Wacom and Apple have been aware of these operating / connecting issues since the Intuos launch in 2017 ! I have worked in retal for over 50 years this is an unacceptable example of product and retailer failure.

After several decades I’ve decided to migrate from MS/HP based computers and decided to buy an initial Apple Desktop to validate my decision by running benchmarks on it created by our design leader. I selected Amazon, as my online source, and placed an order for a new computer and, as is normal, had a pending payment advice note in my applicable bank account. I would typically expect payment to be taken upon delivery or shipment from warehouse. As this was, I thought, a very standard run-of-mill, mid-range, unit I’d expected delivery in a week or so. There was no indication that the PC in question was a ‘not yet released item’ or indeed out of stock, despite this and the fact no delivery date had been given I was charged the full order amount after a few days. On consulting an Amazon customer support agent, I was informed the delivery date could be months away and if I wanted, they would refund my payment in full. Amazon have not understood I wanted a new Apple PC not a refund – their commercial model is a confusing one. However, on consulting with Apple this week I was advise Amazon are not reseller for Apple and no advice or help was offered. I think Apple and Amazon are telling me they do no want to sell me a Computer, nor do they want me to migrate from MS Windows to Apple environment – what a frustrating business model.

I had called apple about a serious matter I am not able to get onto my phone and the man who tried to sort it out was not listening to my problems when he told me what to do and it didn't work he raised his voice and told me to do it again. I did it about 10 times still it didn't work .he was very bad and didn't know what he was doing . GOODBYE APPLE IM MOVING TO SAMSUNG !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SEE YOU NEVER HORRIBLE COMPANY WITH RUDE AND VERY BAD AT THERE JOB WORKERS

13.1.3 has prevented me from calling people and connecting to the internet. WiFi only which is pretty pointless really, it’s not difficult to only roll out updates when they are ready. Halfwits.

Refused to refund the subscription price of an completely useless option within a “free” app called Adobe Scan. It promises to combine your single scans into one doc. I needed to send a client her request for a complete doc; hence, I subscribed to the service which cost $9.99 per month. Guess how long I waited for the app to combine only 4 one page PDFs? Over three hours! I did everything I knew to remedy this as surely it would be corrected, right? I uninstalled the app, reinstalled and tried over and over.... It was a bust. This was a joke a colossal waste. For the first time ever, I asked Apple for a refund. I wrote them regarding all of issues and honestly, told them that it was impossible for my complaint to be their first regarding this app subscription. They refused and suggested that I was taking advantage of them. Yes, as if my simple request was a very big deal; I had no idea what these guys were talking about but it it is a great disappointment. My advice: don’t use Adobe Scan, and definitely never subscribe to its useless promise to help. It is nothing but a colossal mistake.

it is a pathetic response and service on the product support for Apple Watch. For such a small corner dent on the watch apple is not ready to repair its mic. I fail to understand how come dent on one side of watch is effecting mic on other side of it. I would say product is good only till the time there is no issues. Don’t trust these people to get any kind of after sales service, they will always find a escape.

I switched to Apple when the MacMini first came out. Over the years Apple has always fallen over backward's to please on customer service, and I have had all sorts of repairs made to my Macs and my iPhone, all no charge. Ok, you may think Apple gear is overpriced, and up till this year, I would have disagreed. I am disappointed as the new 15" MacBook Pro is £2,700. My 3 year old 15" M-B-Pro was about £1,400, and when I upgrade next September, I will switch to the iPad Pro 12'9" currently selling for £969. Still, miss Steve Jobs, but I think Tim Cook is doing a great job.
