I bought a custom-made laptop from Apple, which means I paid extra money to add more features, and I was very satisfied with it until I purchased the new iPhone 15, again the most expensive model. The new iPhone comes with a USB-C cable, and when I tried it for the first time with my laptop, it didn't work. I never, or hardly ever, use USB-C, which means the problem must have been there from the beginning, indicating a manufacturing issue. However, Apple wants me to pay for the repair, which I believe is absolutely wrong. I haven't done anything wrong to cause this issue; in fact, I never used that port, so why should I pay for a manufacturing problem? I am very dissatisfied with the customer service I received from Apple this time.

I have followed instruction forMacBook Pro when I forgot my password and it caused the Activate Lock. I’ve been without use of my laptop for 30 days. Every support gave information that the others gave differently. Now I’m still going thru these awful waiting periods and still can’t get access to my laptop . I will never recommend an Apple Mac laptop product that’s so dependent on the manufacturer to respond for its use. I’m going back to the PCs!

I've use apple products for a very long time, my opinion is a great product and I have never encounter a problem until end of lost month when I lost my iPhone 14 pro while on vacation. I called apple support as soon as I was able to, the first rep was nice however she was suppose to assist me to put my phone on lost but did not. I had no access to my Apple ID for about a week. When I get back to the US and go to apple to get guidance on how to submit a claim through apple care as I was having trouble doing it my self. I was told they couldn't help and call apple support. I did and spoke to another rep who was not able to assist, listen and horrible customer service, she then transferred me to a lead rep by name of Michelle (if this is even her name)this rep took call already with the attitude of ''What I can't do for you'', did not even look into my account, listened or event tried to pretend she understood my frustration of why I was not able to submit claim for lost phone. Rep stated there was nothing I could do as my lost phone was not able to be seen on my Find my phone there for I couldn't submit claim. I tried to tell her the phone was still visible on my apple ID but the just plain refused and ended call without my consent, her words were there is nothing I can do for you there for I will end all with or without your consent. This is the first time I have used the apple care coverage on any of my products, the first time I loose a phone and the experience was horrifying. I submitted a complaint through The BBB but so far no reply from Apple Inc.

I tried to replace my broken 2 year old apple macbook air Thursday at the U-village store. They promised to transfer the data to the new one I bought by Saturday. By 4pm I had not been notified of the readiness of this job so I tried to call. After 5 transfers and 25 minutes of holding I was told they had tried 3 times to do it and failed. I asked if perhaps a more experienced person could try the last time and the clerk Feliciano said I had insulted her and was turning me over to her supervisor. This reaction helped me to understand why when I asked to whom I was speaking with, she initially declined to share a name. When I asked what the insult was used he said he did not have to repeat that-read -he did not know- but it was still my fault. He also said their facility did not have the equipment required to make the transfer if it failed again

I wish I could give Nanuet Apple Store zero stars but I have to give at least one. I was too early to my appointment so I was not permitted in the store, I needed to leave for 10 mins. Also they want me to backup my phone for a screen replacement? Why? There is no reason for my phone to be plugged in to anything. Absolute last time I buy an apple product. The company’s customer service has become nonexistent at the stores. Just dumb rude people reading off a script. Shocking how bad the company has gotten.

Talking to apple is like talking to a wall I buy these expensive product and when something happen to your product it impossible to get the proper help why is that I got lock out of my Apple ID for days now and I waited for the recovery time and they send me the wrong recovery mode and now they start it all over again I need to get rid of my phone I sold it and I have to delete everything on it and now I’m running out of time to get rid of it apple don’t care they got there money so now I must sit like a 2 year old and wait for there decision when my Apple ID will restore who came up with this dumb idea not creative at all is not important to them what there doing to your phone you purchase if someone has steal my phone I bet you they have more success of getting apple to open my Apple ID for them it unbelievably how they operate and going inside the store is awful 100 workers walking around with there brain stuck in there ass / they are under trained for sure Apple my 2 yr old can answer my question better than your workers wow get a new team stop hiring people to take up space teach them your product so they can help people when they walk in and people over the phone is the same no knowledge at all SHM

I bought a apple 12 phone 12 pro max last year, the battery life after Dec 2022 update is running down fast. I called apple support to ask for a technical review of what to do. I got a lady who talked fasted and as I tried to explain to her what was wrong she said three times she had to rush along she is being time, garbage, I explained to her I am a veteran and had come TBI's in the service, to slow down, finally, we asked to to allow her to check the phone from remote, I agreed to it. She came back and said I needed to take my phone into somewhere because it said I had a bad screen, I said no I have a bad screen protector which was slightly cracked . I took off the screen protector and tried to get her to recheck the phone, she was to much in a rush, and told me again she was being timed. Horrible service horrible,

I was recently the victim of a Gift Card scam, in total I purchased 3 250 euro Apple gift cards, which were passed unwittingly to scammers. This was obviously 100% my fault. I coped on during the scam as they were trying to get me to purchase more. At this time i contacted Apple and was eventually put through to a Senior Support Agent. After a short time the agent told me that one of the cards had been redeemed and was gone but the other two he had managed to get the funds back on the card. When I queried as to whether this meant that I was safe on two of the cards (500 euros) I was told that I was. When I got back onto Apple I could not get back in touch with the initial Senior agent. The new Senior agent said she would look at the case and get back to me. After two weeks and several calls I was told that the two cards I was told were safe had actually been redeemed by the criminals and that Apple would not be able to refund me any money. Obviously I was incredulous and highlighted that Apple had 750 euros of my money obtained through criminal activities, i was told 500 euros was safe and then told that they were redeemed. I was told that the agent could raise a complaint but that i may not get a response from this. Total lack of accountability and smacks of corporate greed. Going to impact Christmas and kids presents but fell on deaf ears. Will never purchase another Apple product so in the end they will lose out of money instead of having a customer for life.

It is so hard to talk to apple to get updates about my MacBook repair! Apple should probably rebrand apple care to Apple IDontCare. What a joke! The support can't do anything because the physical store is responsible, then I am not able to talk to them.

Terrible customer service! I went there 3 times in the past few days to buy a new phone, and they keep telling me to come back. This morning I came back, even before the opening hours, at 9:45am, and they told me that I needed to make an appointment. And the day before nobody told me about appointments. I talked to one of the salesmen and he said they had a couple of phones for the model I needed available. I then made an appt for 11:15 am and waited until 11:30. When I approached one of the staff, they told me they would get someone (meaning I was there, and nobody called me at 11:15). Once I was attended, they told me that they sold out the one I needed. However, after speaking to customers in the store, I found out that people bought the same phone earlier with no appointment! What is the correct way!? Kept me waiting for hours and still terrible customer service. No one would talk to me and when I would approach someone available, they wouldn't talk to me.

Do not answer questions properly. Tell you just delete it? Take along time with your questions about a request. And some one ask’s you to hold until battery is almost dead

Brought my MacBook in for repair. $6k computer that was one year old. Touch ID failed and didn’t allow computer to boot. Wouldn’t turn on at all. They couldn’t fix and said to send it in for repair will take 3 days. Very small risk of loss of data. Said is there any other way to get the data off? Guy told me it never actually happens. Picked it up. Realized they wiped the whole machine. Didn’t bother to tell me or ask. All my data is gone. They just kept waving the waiver I signed in front of my face. No empathy at all. No explanation. No discussion just “well you signed it you knew the risks”. Now I do. Don’t work with Apple. Don’t go to this store. Don’t buy a MacBook ever again. Thanks Apple. You lost a very loyal customer today for no reason. Just because you couldn’t empathize with your customers.

Over priced. All apps have hidden prices which is a scam. 97% of apps are worthless. A very disappointing experience with this machine. Poor excuse for programmers. Lack of understanding of common user. Poor search engine. Everything needed on this app is cost extra. I will contact it comes with it is very dissatisfied.

Don't get Apple Care. I traded in my old phone with Apple Care and got a new one with Apple Care. In the store they told me that Apple Care will be transferred but i just found out they have been charging me for both and the old phone subscription was not in my list of subscriptions. So disappointing and dishonest.

This is the worst phone I've ever had in my life, just like the traditional Chinese phone. I thought that I would get a new mobile from a large company so that it would not be defective, and with the first week I discovered that the speaker was not working. At first I thought it was from the network, but it was the phone. I called customer service and one of the workers himself said that he could not hear what I was saying as if I was talking under water and I was sent to an apple store and the surprise was that they did not see any defect and they would not fix the phone because that is normal in modern mobiles I did not understand this and I called again and I had one of the two options: either accept the mobile as it is or accept that they send me the mobile manufacture refurbish This is the worst iPhone 13 pro Max and the worst customer service

Apple told me to ship a faulty Apple TV and my AirPods Pro that screeched painfully in my ears. Apple lost both and made me drive to FEDEX and hassle them about my tv and buds. Since the box and shipping info were supplied by apple FedEx could not help. Later I found out, Apple destroyed my Apple TV without asking, or notifying me!! When I asked about why they would destroy my Apple TV without my authority or even bothering to try to notify me they had no response basically just said F you. They eventually sent back my AirPods Pro with no repair or replacement and said I could buy a new pair for full price

Privacy invaders use remote operations to alter cellphone functions and spy on customers. They also repeatedly charge for subscriptions days ahead of the payment due date.
