“The purchase proces went smoothly and the delivery was timely but the delivery process was disappointing. One driver to deliver a 75" Tv - lucky someone was home who was able to help - otherwise, TV would still be on the truck. Cost cutting by Allied Express was disappointing - one poor driver cannot deliver such large appliances”

“Car was damaged when fridge was delivered. Delivery guy lost balance of trolley hitting my sons car causing panel damage. We have made contact with appliance central but yet to get a response. Will be claiming through their public liability insurance if they don’t contact me by Friday 27/02/23”

“I had never heard of Appliance Central until I came across them on Google whilst looking for a clothes dryer. They had the most competitive prices beating the four big boys by a fair margin. More importantly, I was also pleasantly surprised by the genuine customer type service before and after sales. Pleasant to talk to and quick to respond. After making an online payment, I realised I had ordered a larger capacity dryer than what I required. I called them the next day before the delivery date and they changed the model and refunded the difference on the spot. Delivery was also quick, ordered on Friday and delivered the following Monday. The driver called to advise the precise time of delivery. The whole transaction was done online. I know where I will be going when I purchase my next white goods appliance. You've got my vote.”
