“The delivery company they use is terrible. I paid $35 for delivery and it has not moved. Appliance central just refer you to the delivery company and the delivery company cannot be contacted by phone. Terrible. I will not use again.”

“The purchase proces went smoothly and the delivery was timely but the delivery process was disappointing. One driver to deliver a 75" Tv - lucky someone was home who was able to help - otherwise, TV would still be on the truck. Cost cutting by Allied Express was disappointing - one poor driver cannot deliver such large appliances”

“Car was damaged when fridge was delivered. Delivery guy lost balance of trolley hitting my sons car causing panel damage. We have made contact with appliance central but yet to get a response. Will be claiming through their public liability insurance if they don’t contact me by Friday 27/02/23”
