“Appliance Central were great, the courier they used were not so. The order place and despatched within 24hours then it took 10 days to travel the approx 30km. Firstly I was told it would be delivered 2 days after being picked up. Then it stalled and no one could tell me when it would be delivered. To be fair this also over the Easter period. All and all not a pleasant experience.”

“I ordered an upright stove from Appliance Central. The pricing was very reasonable and their offer of removing the old stove as well made the offer very appealing. Ordered the stove on line which was very easy and was advised it would be delivered in 7 days. Their team was very proactive, getting back to me regularly with updates etc. Received a phone call on the Saturday saying the stove would be delivered that coming Monday and I also received an SMS on the delivery day itself. I was given very professional service from the outset to delivery and have no hesitation in recommending their services.”

“This Bissell carpet cleaner is fantastic. Our puppy had made a smelly mess of our carpet but this cleaner didn't shirk his responsibilities! I cleaned the carpet the first time with just water and the waste water was very dirty. Then used the shampoo and the carpet looks, smells and feels fantastic. Very happy to recommend this carpet cleaner.”

“I purchased a 75 inch LG TV from Appliance Central which took 2 days to arrive, which was great! BUT…It arrived with a massive crack across the screen. It took them a week to pick up the TV after I had to do numerous follow up phone calls and emails to return it to the warehouse. It’s now been nearly 3 weeks and still no refund. I have sent numerous emails (with no response) and then followed up with a phone call to which they assured me a refund will be processed. So it’s great when you buy something off Appliance Central but hope it doesn’t arrive damaged, as it’s an absolute nightmare trying to get it returned to their warehouse and a refund issued in a reasonable amount of time.”
