“This has been a horrendous shopping experience. Firstly my package says delivered and signed for however it was not delivered to me and I did not sign for it. I then out through a complaint and have been sent photos of a totally different house and package that has nothing to do with me. I have tried to call Appliance central two days in a rom and just waited on hold for ages and had to hang up. I will never shop here again.”

“The deliver guys were amazing. My Stairwell was tight fit but rather then saying no we cant do this we worked together to get my Fridge in. Have had other delivere drivers go nope and walk away and leave me to deal with customer service but your deliver guys didnt stop till it was in and connected”

“I purchased a microwave from appliance central at a very competitive price. Online ordering experience was good and the response and delivery were great it didn't take long until I received it and the timing of delivery advised in the email was spot on. “Competitive price, friendly service. But be warned: I ordered late Friday, promised delivery Monday. Delivery(Aramex) let them down and did not pick up the TV. No information on tracking at all on Aramex site so late morning Monday I rang AC and they confirmed no pick-up made. David arranged another service (Alliance Express) to pick up with same day delivery. Monday afternoon I rang Alliance Express and they claimed "on board for delivery". Late Monday rang Appliance Express and they said no pick-up as "overloaded" but promised Tuesday. Late Tuesday am I rang AC to check on delivery, Appliance Express had not picked up. A call to Appliance Express resulted in them assigning a driver to pick up specially. This happened and delivery was made late in afternoon. Kudos to David and AC for quick action on non-delivery, but beware of Aramex and Allied Express delivery promises.”

“Ara.ex attempted delivery once when not ho.e and have not tried since. They are no longer answering my emails and I cannot call them. I have not received the item still. Please refund my money and I will purchase elsewhere. Rob Owens.”

“My online purchase of the 50” LG television was absolutely seamless. I was also delighted to find there was no delivery fee to pay. I was expecting to wait between 7-10 days for the delivery ; excited to say the TV arrived 2 days later. I am a very happy customer.”

“Unfortunately my parcel was not delivered. It seems that the couriers, Aramex, delivered it to the incorrect address. The Appliance Team have made every effort to find and deliver this parcel. I thank them for that. I still would like my parcel. Is there any way of a reimbursement ? I do need the parcel, and will have to go to a different company for this purchase.”
