“Comparing the same product in the market, the one in Appliance Central is the best choice with high quality and reasonable price. Importantly, the product is brand new with superior service that delivers my fridge on time. Also, we've resolved a scratched issue while negotiating with manufacturers together smoothly even though we didn't like any issues that occurred during delivery. Eventually, I'd recommend it to my relatives, friends, and colleagues.”

“Would have given a 5 star rating but delivery guy stated he only connects the appliance but doesn't lift it to where I wanted it to go, which was on a metre high table. No worries as my son was able to do himself.”

“Scheduled delivery date never happened. I waited home all day and it was a no-show. No phoning me to tell me it wasn't going to happen. I phoned Appliance Central the next to ask why. They didn't know why. Re-scheduled for a few days later and it was successfully delivered. So....one star off for that ! Otherwise....best price for a Hiaer dishwasher that works magnificently. ...and the two strong delivery men took away my old dishwasher. Better communication with delivery days is the only gripe, but otherwise perfect. Thank you”

“Very Bad service from Aramex, ruined the complete experience.... They never come and just update the status on their page. Seems fake. Big liars!!! Still haven't received the product as of writing this feedback, and their delivery status is "delivered at a safe place with signature obtained".... Absolutely disgusting!!!”

“The delivery was cancelled last minute on the day. When I called the customer service they didn’t even know. After a few calls they still couldn’t provide any useful information but was told that it’s due to the Black Friday high volume. I had to reschedule the delivery with them. I received the dishwasher with good packaging. However when I opened unpacked it and opened it, there was water dripping from the inner side. Was it a used one? Or refurbished one???? A big question mark in my mind. I didn’t bother to contact them again. The customer service was just useless. Would never buy product on this website never them”

“I have bought several items from APPLIANCE CENTRAL and every time I have felt that their customer service has been wonderful. Today I had a washing machine delivered. I was given an estimate that it would be delivered between 12.15pm and 5.15pm. I thought that was good. Well they did even better.The delivery men rang me at 12.20pm and told me they would be at my house by 3.30pm, therefore making it easier for me to plan my afternoon.They then rang again when they were 6 minutes away from my house. I am 71years old and have had many products delivered over the years but I have never had a company keep me so well informed about my delivery time. The men were polite,cheerful and obliging. I would also like to thank Ann for her help with the ordering of the washing machine and organizing the delivery for today.Once again excellent service.”
