“The machine seems to be working ok but the installation was bad. It was installed with the front feet hanging off. So when we ran a load it moved even further off the stand. Now we can't move it back.”

“Your appliance I brought works as supposed to. I live in a area where we have couriers come and go daily the fact that I was charged when the only reason I brought the item online was for free delivery a charge of $59. for courier fee was an absolute rip off by your company. I would have brought the item at a local store if I had not seen free delivery, I have already made a complaint to which I have received no reply to hence as advised when I rang your company, the gentleman on the phone was rude to me and basically told me I did not read the advertisement dismissing my claim. This item would have been put in a $12. satchel maximum of $20. I know our courier driver also quite well and she was disgusted at the blatant rip off as she called it of delivery. I won't order from you again.”
