“Delivery took way too long for a charge of $45, despite the website saying free delivery. I live 30km north of Canberra and it took over two weeks to arrive. No communication from Appliance central, no follow up. Will not buy from them again.”

“Purchase online was as expected. Delivery time was longer than expected. Their choice of courier made it difficult to get the parcel delivered in a high rise building where you had to be available all day, even after consent had been given to leave at reception. Communication from couriers was not great. Ended up having to pick it up a week after original delivery, half hour drive away.”
