“Was really excited to get my brand-new top loader. Delivery people unpackaged it on the road put it unprotected on a trolley and installed it. Excited to use it even though it was unconventional delivery. I noticed three scratches with paint off and the motherboard with controls are all scratched and nonprotected with plastic (Which I peeled off other parts of the machine. ) Since sending photos I have received no thorough response from appliance central in fact I was actually questioned whether the scratches happened on the day of delivery which they definitely did because the photos I have are timestamped . I’m still awaiting a return phone call after lodging another complaint with the company with the store yesterday…,.next is fair trading. I did not purchase a seconds machine. I purchased a brand a new one.”

“Excellent product, well packaged. Area for improvement is the courier company - they arrived without warning and a few days earlier than expected. Lucky I was home. Be good to get a window of a few hours (morning or afternoon) and some better communication with the delivery service. Oh and amazing prices - exceptional value.”

“Order was very simple and easy. Only disappointment was the price I paid was dearer than when it was delivered but that’s just bad luck I guess. Delivery people were great and very courteous and helpful. Fridge was too big to get into my kitchen so they left it inside and I had to remove the doors myself to get it into place. No big deal so very happy with the purchase”

“I was initially concerned I might have been scammed. The Hisense projector I bought from Appliance Central was $500 cheaper than from any other online (or bricks and mortar) retailer. Normally if something seems ttoo good to be true, it's a scam. Not with these guys, great service and amazing prices. I highly recommend them.”

“Fantastic service. I bought the vacuum cleaner knowing it was out of stock but within a week it was delivered to my front door with tracking once it was picked up. Price was the best in town. I highly recommend Appliance Central.”
