“I had a terrible experience with the delivery of my new fridge, which was purchased with installation and packaging removal through Appliances Central. Unfortunately, they outsourced the delivery to DJT Logistics, and the service was appalling. The delivery staff were rude and completely unhelpful. They claimed the fridge couldn’t fit through my doorway because of the door, but I managed to remove the door myself in under five minutes. While I was doing that, they rushed back to the truck and left the fridge outside in the rain. I was left to move the fridge into the house by myself—a hazardous situation, especially since I had just mentioned that I was taking care of my newborn. The service I paid for—delivery, unpacking, and installation—was not provided at all. It’s unacceptable that DJT Logistics failed so completely, and even more concerning is that they showed no regard for basic professionalism or safety. I strongly urge Appliances Central to reconsider their partnership with DJT Logistics so no other customer has to go through what I did.”

“Your service was excellent and the delivery time was very fast. I have shopped online for all sorts of products many times and the Tv from you is my biggest purchase to-date and the simpleist. Not only was your price the most competitive from the rest of them and beleive me I did my home work! Your service and the delivery updates were excellent.
