“Delivery man would not bring TV up in my unit block lift. I am a senior lady and not strong. I asked him twice but he refused. Maybe this is standard policy but i had to drag it up myself which was very taxing. The online process was good”

“We had remove and install payment The washes didn’t fit correctly on the taps, so had to go to Bunnings to buy correct ones, wasn’t impressed about that, not the full service I had requested”
