“I still have not received the delivery. Aramex have been awful. First they “attempted delivery” even though they were caught on none or the 4 cameras on the property and left no calling card. Now they have reattempted delivery and “left it is a safe location”, I have searched the whole property and checked all the cameras and it hasn’t appeared anywhere. I checked the neighbouring houses too in case and it’s not there either. I have submitted an enquiry and am awaiting a response “within 2 business days” which is too long a wait with hundreds of dollars worth of tech unsupervised somewhere.”

“Terrible service. Appliance was damaged when it arrived (two months after ordering it - it was in back order. I understand that's out of their control). Because it was damaged I am now waiting another 1-2 weeks for a replacement.”
