“Hisense 65 inch with soundbar are great.products were shipped very quickly. However,the fed ex courier needs to take more care with the packages in the back of the truck..boxes upside down and stuff everywhere..hopefully not damaged by wreckless driver.🤯”

“Everything went smooth, the only reason they don't get 5 stars is due to the delivery service, which doesn't take the package with them when the service is delivery and connection (we asked them and they told us they can't)”

“Sorry can't write a positive review because we haven't received our telly. Ordered on 26/12 and here we are on 7th Jan, nearly 2 weeks later, with no telly after the courier Aramax sent me a message to say it would arrive on 2 Jan. I've emailed them but their reply said nothing useful. Not happy.”

“You service and professionalism were outstanding and I pass on many thanks. Like in all my reviews I always forward honesty. On that note the delivery company gets a 3 out of 10. I had a Kilt sent from Edinburgh, Scotland last year at a very busy time internationally. Item pickup was late Thursday afternoon their local time. Delivered to my front the following Monday midday our time. I tracked it all the way and received updates as available. Sadly, your delivery was picked up Thursday 28th pm in Sydney and delivered Friday 5th pm. Most delivery companies today give date and approximate time -ie: between 10-12pm as an example. But not Aramex. Delivery sometime Friday. Need to be home to sign or taken to collection centre. I gave you extra instructions to leave in a safe place on front veranda. I am a disabled ex-soldier so that is the best service for me. This is the second delivery my wife and I have received from Aramex. The first , last year, went missing and suppliers needed to send a second. Now yours. Busy this time of year. Maybe. But as soldiers busy didn’t come into it. You get the job done. Or people die. So , you gave 10/10 service. Delivery 3/10. Sorry to be so long winded. Cheers and thanks. Stuart Russell.”

“Wonderful company to deal with. We have purchased 3 items from them in the last 12 months and very happy with them. Prompt delivery and the guys are always friendly and efficient. Wouldn’t buy from anywhere else!!”
