“Purchased a tv. I wasn’t told when I would receive. Rang the helpline and they told me there was a backlog with supplies from Sansung but I should receive mid January. Rang again and was advised the expected delivery date would be 22 January. I received on 19 January so was happy. I thought the helpcentre and delivery guys did a good job, although some prewarning about the delay would have been appreciated.”

“Overall, outstanding service and items delivered on time at an amazing price. Love the fact that they removed the old appliance. However, we had our old oven removed and when the delivery driver was loading it onto the truck it fell leaving shattered glass in my driveway for me to clean up!”
