“Delivery was unsatisfactory. Delivery man delivered tv upside down and insisted on me doing the heavy lifting. There should be two delivery people for heavy items. Customer service email response was good. I was told I would get a replacement tv if tv was damaged in transit and delivery. Tv has a few dead pixels. I’m disappointed because this is a brand new tv.”

“Overall I was very pleased with Appliance Central. It did take a while for my order to come as it was on back order, however it was a great price. I was pleased with the communication on the day and day before about the delivery and the men were good with the installation and take away. The only things I would suggest are an estimate of time if the item is on back order and the box being taken away after it is unpacked and installed. Thanks for the quality job!”

“They were good with the delivery it was fast and efficient but the customer service is terrible, I had a query regarding the model of fridge I received and they monitored my number and left me on hold for over 30 mins, I hung up and called back from my other phone and they answered immediately, they asked me to send emails and it’s been over a week now and I’ve heard zero back from them, needless to say I won’t be purchasing my washing machine and other new appliances I need from them.”

“Appliance Central had the exact same product that local retailers were offering, but AC's price was a saving of over $400 on the 'special deal' prices being offered locally. I was concerned about shipping a large TV all the way from Sydney to Brisbane, but I need not have worried. It arrived two days after I placed the order and was in perfect working order, plus delivery was free. Well done Appliance Central, next time I am checking your prices first.”
