“I still don’t have my coffee machine. It was sent via Amarex who stated delivery by the 22nd Dec but still not here. Maybe there were other delivery options but the stated delivery date was ok with me. I also know it’s Christmas and deliveries can be delayed etc, but the tracking has zero info. Happy to change the review if/when it gets here but for now I’m still not sure if this site is a scam or not. I’m pretty sure it is just Amarex, they seem pretty incompetent. I’m sure it’s an automated request, but maybe they should not ask for a review until the package has been delivered.”

“I ordered a TV which was supposedly on back order and was delighted to hear from Appliance Central the next day that the TV had been collected by the courier. Unfortunately, through no fault of Appliance Central, the courier let us both down and took 10 days (6 working days M-F) to deliver my order. As the distance was around 20 klm only I felt this was disappointing.”
