“Appliance Central had the exact same product that local retailers were offering, but AC's price was a saving of over $400 on the 'special deal' prices being offered locally. I was concerned about shipping a large TV all the way from Sydney to Brisbane, but I need not have worried. It arrived two days after I placed the order and was in perfect working order, plus delivery was free. Well done Appliance Central, next time I am checking your prices first.”

“Best value pricing for the washer and dryer purchased. Including price for delivery and installation is a great benefit. The delivery drivers had great communication and made sure to arrive right on time. They were friendly during delivery and did a great job taking care when installing.”

“The fridge I ordered was on back order and when I asked for an ETA for delivery just before Christmas they responded on Christmas Day to give an update, which I was not expecting! On the day of delivery excellent communication from start to finish. Even though they had a tracking app they rang and texted in the morning to update the 2hr window and 10mins before they arrived at the property.”

“Overall quite happy. There were delays communicated to me and at first communication was great. As time wore on communication ceased for a while and the delays became concerning but Appliance Central caught up with everything and communicated well in the end including the delivery of my product and good service from delivery crew. The packaging was wet on the bottom but product appeared unaffected by this. All is well and my new fidge ( LG ) is operating perfectly. Early days but happy.”

“Thank you Appliance Central for a fantastic service all the way through from the time of purchase to delivery. I bought a new Samsung fridge and the price was far lower than I could find anywhere else. Communication was excellent and the fridge was delivered much earlier than expected. “This order was placed on 7th Jan, processed on the 8th Jan and then picked up on 9th Jan by Aramex. It has been in transit to the central coast since the 9th of Jan. My question is THE CENTRAL COAST OF WHERE?? JAPAN??? Here we are its 21st of Jan and I still do not have my order!! Whilst I understand that Appliance Central have fulfilled their commitment to my order by dispatching it promptly you have failed to follow up this issue with your contractor. Ultimately this is on you!!! You want to know my customer satisfaction....in my opinion there is no satisfaction!!! I expect a prompt response to this feedback ASAP”
