“Hello Appliance Central, Your service and online experience is excellent. The delivery company Aramex that you use is less so. On my order, I wrote for the item to be left on my front doorstep if no one was home and this did not occur. A courier docket was left behind. It did not contain the location of the depot I needed to visit nor did it have any information about my delivery address or order to ensure that it was only me or a nominated person that could pick up the item. The instruction on the docket was to go online and track my order which I did. The next step was to organise another drop-off time. This was problematic because both my wife and I go to work each day and there was not going to be someone at home to sign for the parcel. There was no phone number for me to call. Instead, the company preferred for me to use the web chat function. This proved unhelpful and vague. The only information I could get from the company about the location of the item was their warehouse in Port Melbourne. I live in Mordialloc. My wife was able to drive to Port Melbourne last Friday to pick it up but upon her arrival, she was told that it was at the Dandenong South Depot. After work on Friday, my wife then drove to Dandenong South and picked up my order. The man who served her at the depot could not have been less interested in executing customer service. He took the docket, did not want to hear the information regarding the location of the item was substandard and upon returning with the item recorded her licence number, dumped the clipboard on the bench and walked back around the barrier before my wife had finished saying "thank you". I was very happy with Appliance Central's service but the Courier Aramex not so much. I will not use Appliance Central or any company if they use Aramex as couriers again. I have my own business and if I treated my customers and provided the service they did I wouldn't have any work. Regards Daniel Millard”

“Delivery on time and the date I selected. Received a phone call that gave me a time range. Two people took old freezer away, unpacked the new one, put it into location and advised not to switch on for 4 hours until liquid in freezer settles down after being moved (as per instructions in the manual). Good price. Perfect transaction and would highly recommend. The delivery guy told me the business owner has a repairman come in and tries to fix up the old white goods they collect and then gives those that can be fixed to people in need for free. He said the business owner is a very nice person and helps the needy. This was a lovely bonus to learn that with some luck my old whitegoods will help someone else.”

“Delivery made a day after without any notice. The first thing the delivery person said was asking if we disconnect our old washing machine and when we told we haven't, he was complaining. They also did not install washing machine correctly. For first washing we end up water leaking, and did not level the machine, caused so loud noise. I will never buy anything from appliances central again.”
