“Advertised the tv I wanted to purchase as in stock only to inform me the day before delivery that it isn't and proceeded to put me on a backlog. Asked me to reply to their emails if I have any inquiries only just to be ignored multiple times before having to finally call them and get an answer on its status. I don't appreciate the run around but I guess you get what you pay for. This TV is much cheaper here than the larger competitors such as good guys, jb hi fi, Bing Lee etc. Great product, poor service.”

“Bought a fridge. Delivered as promised two days later, Sat and I did get a warning phone call as requested which made it possible for me to get myself on site. Thanks to "Pati" and his teammate. They apparently had to hand carry up stairs while i was busy taking down a door that we thought was blocking access. Fridge itself seems ok but i was super unhappy when i scratched it myself practically the next day after unboxing!”
