“Should be informed the day before of a time as calling at 6.30am is far to early. Also all the rubbish needs to be taken away! I had to pay to get it taken away”

“Very efficient - I placed the order on Friday evening and just tried to enter the earliest delivery date vailable. Applance Central responded on Sunday and advised delivery date & time. Messages were sent on Monday morning re delivery time. Goods delivered on time and staff were polite and responsible.”

“I ordered a bathroom wall heater, which was delivered damaged by the delivery agent who had not heeded the Fragile stickers. Appliance Central were efficient in arranging a refund, however, and allowed me to destroy the original item without the trouble and expense of returning it. This is the sort of service one values and adds to the reputation of the company when ordering online.”
