“I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the item shipped and how quickly it was delivered, ordered late Monday afternoon, delivered from Sydney to Melbourne to my door by lunchtime Wednesday, I'm really happy about the service and would recommend them to anyone looking for good service and delivery was free.”

“Excellent service. They were prompt to respond to delivery arrangements and both customer service and delivery men were professional. Ordered and received goods in 2 days with no dramas. The only thing is that we have to dispose of the packaging!”

“easy transaction, good quick delivery, only thing is they didn't want to negotiate on price or offer any discount on the advertised retail price. A small discount would have been nice as most sellers do offer that. Otherwise all good.”

“Very disappointed I ordered a coffee machine over 3 weeks ago I have made 2 phone calls First consultant said it would be sent in 4 days and I would receive an email would it was despatched ….that was 8 days ago . Second consultant said it was despatched…I haven’t received an email and no coffee machine”

“Great prices but good luck getting any after-sales help if you need it. They ignored multiple emails then when they eventually replied they were the opposite of what you'd expect from a customer support team. I will not be buying from them again. JB HiFi has similar prices and their customer service is a lot better.”
