“The TV we bought went on sale the next day. We asked if we could be refunded the difference. Rang and sent several emails. Didn’t even get acknowledged with a reply. Obviously no interest in customer satisfaction so won’t be using this company again. Very disappointing to deal with.”

“Great deal on our new fridge, product was perfect and the delivery guys were awesome. Only reason i'm doing four stars is we picked a day to have the delivery happen and were then told after the fact that they could only deliver two days after the date we picked, and then the admin people made multiple mistakes on what date delivery was supposed to be, but that was pretty minor stuff and well worth the hassle.”

“The people that delivered didn't remove the strapping under machine it nearly broke a window jumping around laundry because it was not balanced correctly after I asked if it was & was told yes it was they left & I had to get a repair man to come & look what the trouble was & he found the strapping & removed it . Won't be getting anything more from you thanks”
