“Thank you Appliance Central,the Chef oven I bought was so much cheaper than the same oven elsewhere ,i really want to thank you for your customer service which was excellent and to the delivery people who were really great and took my old oven away ,I will definitely use Appliance Central when buying new appliances ,i love my new oven”

“Appliances delivered at night over 2 hours past window. Delivery people would not unbox and install appliances saying they were not paid by appliances central to do so, despite the website claiming free installation. Good prices at the store but I likely wouldnt order there again”

“Delivery was on time and the 2 guys were provided great service to connect the laundry machine. If your company was happy to take away the large cupboard box that the washing machine came in, would've given 5 stars. It is very hard to squeeze it in the council yellow bins even we we fold it.”

“Goods were OK, but delivery was a bit problematical. Aramex are the worst couriers in Australia and it took 12 days to get across Sydney for a delivery.”

“I had arranged delivery of my LG 12kg front loader washing machine on a Tuesday. The delivery did not materialize, nobody phoned me. However, the following day Wednesday I received a call to say the delivery was coming. When item was delivered and the guys where just about to leave when my wife asked why it was not connected as per the instructions, the guy said they do not connect driers, but my wife said we did not order a dryer but a washing machine. They said they were sorry and brought the washing machine. After the connection was leaking, the machine would not complete a wash signifying a OE Error. The office could not arrange for anyone to fix the problem - this was poor service at its core.”

“I will never buy anything from you people again waiting all day for our washing machine can't ring driver rang company said they will ring back in ten minutes no one rang us up at all very poor service Tony Gauci. Still waiting order two weeks ago terrible.”

“I have no complaints at all, very fast delivery and no problems with my order, received extremely quickly which was good as it was a microwave, and being without a microwave causes havoc in our household. Highly recommend Appliance Central, should also mention was a very good price as well”
