“Purchased a TV they said was in stock. Contacted by email to say it is not in stock. No refund, no phone call, no advice as to when TV is coming (if it is at all). Disappointed to say the least”

“Buying my new washing machine from Appliance Central was such an easy experience. I bought a Haier 7.5kg washing machine - the details online were all very comprehensive so I could decide on the best machine for my needs. I got a great price - better than other similar online sites. I organised for free delivery and installation and it turned up quickly, on time, great communication from the driver, and the machine was installed with no issues & my old machine removed. Couldn't be happier! Will definitely come back to Appliance Central for future purchases.”

“Ordered item received an email to say it had been sent but then was advised there was no stock even though it was supposed to be on its way. I’m still waiting since 27/6 Not happy & will probably cancel tomorrow & get my money back”

“I was looking for this TV as an everyday, no special apps type deal. Appliance Central had it for more than $100 less than anywhere else I had looked online. I ordered it on Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday. Hard to beat that for service, Very happy.”
