“I understand that from time to time, there are occasions that item's advertised online is out of stock. what would make the customer feels appreciated would be a personalised call with some alternatives based on the specifications of the items they have selected e.g matching specs in a different brand be proposed for a swap.”

“The communication was great with the driver setting a time for delivery a few days out, and then calling us in the morning with a window of about an hour. Was on time and helped get the 75" TV into the house. Overall the experience was great, love the 75 C845 telly. Price was a little more than others but the delivery options were better so it was worth the extra $40 or so.”

“Service from company was good. Package arrived quickly but I’m not impressed with the Panasonic HDD recorder DMR-HWT260. Its menu structure is terrible and SW design is archaic with too many functions needing pre conditions or special set up provisions. It is very slow to change functions and it’s CPU is about as fast as an old IBM PC. My very old (10!..yrs) TopField is heaps better. I am seriously considering returning it. This is not a criticism of Appliance Central but is of the product.”
