“Ordering was easy but communication could be improved. I asked for them to delay the dispatch of my order, so I could be available to receive it. However a week went by and I hadn't heard from them confirming when the item would be sent, or answers to a couple of minor questions about the courier service (would I be contacted before delivery, etc). So I had to call, and whilst I got through relatively quickly and had the item despatched the customer service agent was somewhat disinterested and abrupt. Once the item arrives I will update this review.”
