“Very easy to navigate their website. Ordering went smoothly and delivery was prompt. Happy to buy from Appliance Central and cheapest too. I wrote to them regarding a small matter and was happily surprised to receive a response in a couple of days. Very good experience overall.”

“The delivery was delayed because of a truck breakdown. Then the guys delivering were in such a hurry, they wouldn't allow my husband to remove the screen door so the fridge would fit. This resulted in an additional charge of $250.00 so someone could come and remove the fridge doors to fit in the door. By the time they got there, 5 days later, this was unnecessary as my husband had removed the screen door and the fridge fitted fine.”

“I placed out about 10 days ago, haven't receive any update about my order, still waiting for the TV which I fully paid for, but don't when it will show up. I just report this issue to PayPal”

“Inflexible delivery time. When you placed the order, delivery would happen according to what's convenient to the company, regardless of whether the buyer could be at home to receive it. I told the company that on the date of delivery, no one was home to take it. The company didn't care and simply dropped the goods in the lobby. Fortunately neighbors left it alone for me to pick it up intact. I ordered something from Harvey Norman which was able and willing to adjust delivery schedule based on my requirements.HN will always have my business in future.”

“The online service is great but their delivery partner is not. We got our heater the next day, but weren’t aware it was coming and weren’t given the opportunity to sign for it. They left a $500 heater at the front door, in full view of the street, in an area where parcels are stolen often. We’re lucky it wasn’t but at least have the common sense to try and conceal it if you’re just going to leave an item. We had plenty of spots to safely leave it. Even better, confirm with buyers delivery information.”

“Unfortunately I wouldn't be recommending Appliance Central - I bought an LG microwave and wanted to return it (unopened) for a different size. The customer service person said that there would be a 20% restocking fee despite it being unopened and even if I purchased another microwave from Appliance Central. So I ended up having to sell the microwave to recoup some cost and will purchase the new microwave from Good Guys”

“I am very happy with my delonghi heater I brought ( TRRS series) works very well, the price was very good with no delivery charge, service and delivery was very quick couldn't be more happy.
