“The communication was great with the driver setting a time for delivery a few days out, and then calling us in the morning with a window of about an hour. Was on time and helped get the 75" TV into the house. Overall the experience was great, love the 75 C845 telly. Price was a little more than others but the delivery options were better so it was worth the extra $40 or so.”

“Appliance Central were much cheaper than their competitors by approx $300 for a LG oled tv. They dispatched the item quickly and it was received without any problems or issues. This is not my first purchase with Appliance Central and it won't be my last. Highly Recommended. Thank You. Paul D”

“Service from company was good. Package arrived quickly but I’m not impressed with the Panasonic HDD recorder DMR-HWT260. Its menu structure is terrible and SW design is archaic with too many functions needing pre conditions or special set up provisions. It is very slow to change functions and it’s CPU is about as fast as an old IBM PC. My very old (10!..yrs) TopField is heaps better. I am seriously considering returning it. This is not a criticism of Appliance Central but is of the product.”

“I have made my purchase over $1000 since 29/06/23 and today is 09/07/23 I have only received invoice to my email. My order hasn't been dispatched. I have sent an email to follow up my order 4 days ago but have not heard any thing since.”

“I recently bought a vacuum cleaner, purchase was seamless with goods arriving promptly. The goods however were faulty upon receipt and I asked for it to be swapped but instead have to send it to the manufacturer and go through the whole warranty check / claims process blah blah blah with the manufacturer. I realise that there are processes though it was used for less than a few minutes. The staff were helpful in addressing my concerns which was great. I might think twice about buying on line in future”

“Purchased a TV they said was in stock. Contacted by email to say it is not in stock. No refund, no phone call, no advice as to when TV is coming (if it is at all). Disappointed to say the least”
