“Your customer service was very unprofessional with no sympathy to customer's concerns and questions. It seems he worked on a different planet. In particular, your delivery service was even worse -delay after delay without informing your customers. Your delivery guy just left the TV package at the front of my drive way even the weather was not good. He should take the package to my front entry which has covered area. He also is a liar. In your tracking portal the delivery guy claimed he got my signature, but he never pressed my door bell although I was at home all day. We will not use your service again and will tell my friends about my experience.”

“Despite showing that the item was in stock, I was informed via email that there was no stock at all & that I would receive a full refund within 5 days which is ok, however I am still waiting for the refund??? I do wonder if I purchased an item online & then turned around & said I will pay for it in 5 days, would you still send me the item? I think not!”
