“I was very happy with Appliance Central itself and would have rated higher if there hadn't been problems with Aramex and the delivery. I WILL NEVER again purchase from a site who uses Aramex to deliver even if there is no charge for delivery. I could have paid an extra $15 for my purchase and bought from Good Guys and avoided all the stress and delay and frankly it would have been worth it”

“Bought a washing machine from Appliance Central. It was not in stock but I only had to wait about 4 days and I received a message that the item would be delivered in two days time. There was perfect communication with the delivery team. I got the machine at the best price - more than $60.00 cheaper than the "big" retailers plus they delivered, installed and took away the old washing machine completely free of charge. The 'big' retailers wanted $50.00 just for the delivery. I couldn't be happier.”

“A really bad purchase. The Hisense TV 65U8KAU is a dud. Managed to get it out of the box and set it up and flicking through channels it lost the picture. Completely dark screen, which for a TV seems like a critical fault. It seems possible to reset the TV by unplugging from power, but then it randomly does the same within 30min. Since this happened on the first day of use I asked appliance central to refund the purchase. Instead they pointed me to the manufacturer warranty which instead of sending someone to repair wasted my time on troubleshooting via the phone. Total waist at the moment, the TV does not work and has been sitting a dud in the loving room for over two weeks now. I request a refund! Do not buy this model/brand.”

“After confusion (on my part) dialogue between us was on point and once the misunderstanding was resolved the purchase of a De'Longhi Rivello Coffee Machine was straight forward and the machine was delivered to my address with no problems. The machine was delivered in a timely manner and was packaged extremely well. Definite 5-star seller. I would definitely recommend them!”
