“I have had two transactions with Appliane Central, firstly with Oven, Rangehood and cooktop, next with a TV. I have been pleased on both occasion in regards price (very competative), delivery (very quick and exactly the date they committed to) and the communications have been very good. I couldnt rate them higher. They were recommended to me by a friend who also rated them very highly. Good company to deal with.”

“Ordered product online, emailed to say delivery was coming, then quickly emailed again to advise no stock will deliver next week (even though website said stock was available at time of ordering). Next week came no delivery - they had no stock. So credit has been initiated.”

“Easy process of ordering and plenty of updates on delivery. Delivery driver was hopeless, got up in back of truck, pushed tv out, stayed in the truck while my wife and I, I'm 67, struggled to carry 75inch tv down the driveway. 0 out of 10 for him.”

“I hadn’t heard of appliance central before but they offered great competitive prices with various options for payment. The machine was delivered by friendly people on time when they said they would deliver. No complaints and I’ll definitely be using Appliance central in future”

“Very poor service as I’m trying to sort out damage caused by the incorrect installation of my washing machine. The delivery drivers didn’t install the water hose correctly and it has leaked and caused damage to my laundry cabinets. Tried calling requesting supervisor and yet to get a call back. Has been going for over a week. Poor service.”

“I haven’t received my product. I tried to contact the courier company to reschedule delivery and had no update after 1 week I am still waiting on response. I have attempted to contact Appliance Central via email on 2 occasions and I have not received a response either and still waiting after 1 week.”

“Very happy with the service but the delivery was not so good as the package was left outside the door in the rain and was not signed by me. I am very happy with my heater though which was recommended by Choice which is the reason I bought it. It is very small but as I live in a very small unit it works well for me as I can move it around.”
