“When I looked up the gas heater on the website, I noticed it was listed as using natural gas. So I sent an email from the Contact Us section. I did not get a reply to that email. So a couple of days later I called the phone number listed, and was given the information that I needed to specify bottled gas, and I was also given the code to enter. This was helpful. The bottled gas version (Rinnai 15) had to be ordered in. I was phoned when the order arrived at the warehouse, and also emailed. The object of phone and email was to check that I actually wanted lpg version of the heater. I confirmed that, and then shortly afterwards was sent an email to say the delivery was on its way. So I am very happy with the follow-up, except for the initial email which was ignored. Thank you.”

“Thank you Appliance Central for making the purchase of my Miele Vacuum cleaner so quick and easy. I was impressed with how simple it was to navigate your website. The process was great! Unfortunately the delivery of my vacuum cleaner has not been as smooth. I was advised that delivery would take place on April 26, then unknown to me delivery was attempted on April 23, unfortunately I was not made as are of this change - aargh!! Despite numbersous emails I am still waiting for delivery of my vacuum cleaner which is proving to be very frustrating, I have been advised that delvery will take place April 29.............”

“Delighted with my new Hisense 65" UHD TV. Arrived from Sydney just a couple of days after order made. Delivery included in already discounted price. Delivery man even helped me get my old projection TV down off the console. Picture is excellent and remote control/software better than I expected for the price. My only criticism is that the unit is a bit top heavy for the stand. Would be best secured to wall with bracket or brace, especially for those with young childten.”
