“I ordered a vacuum cleaner from Appliance Central. Their price was the best and it was easy to order online. The product was faithful. However I was kept in the dark about the delivery date which happened four days after my order and the package (although light) was left unattended in the foyer of my building and not delivered to my door.”

“Highly recommended Appliance Central, website easy to use for finding the product you want, check out, payment and delivery all were excellent. The delivery driver rang me three times to update his time of arrival he was early which was good for me. Appliance Central are the best I found on line for price and they include free delivery Sydney to Newcastle.”

“Heater arrived damaged. I phoned and was asked to send photos, did so and still didn't receive a reply. Called again and was told we would need to repackage it, a courier would collect it and then we would need to wait to receive a replacement heater. I asked if we could receive the replacement and organise pickup at the same time but this was denied, so we would be without the heater for at least 2 weeks. This is a disappointing result and has not been adequately resolved.”

“My only problem was with the delivery company. When the package tracker indicated it would be delivered that day I stayed home to collect. By afternoon I had no contact from the delivery driver, so I checked the tracker again only to find it had been delivered. It was left behind reception but the driver did not buzz my unit. We have been experiencing major problems with theft in our highrise, so I was very lucky that the appliance was still there.”
